“Christopher Ferrara was an incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating representative at the Verizon store. He helped us select two phones, transferred all the data from the old ones, set all the appropriate buttons, got us the appropriate charges, screens and phone protectors, etc — all in less than 30 minutes. He answered all the questions we had and was very patient with me and my wife. We are elderly and not that tech saavy so we really appreciated his patience. “Every time I have to visit ' U Break I Fix ' I encounter great servicevpeople who are so knowledgeable , efficient and willing to help w any problem - on the spot. If the issue can be fixed while you wait, they will complete your repair. I am very impressed when I happen to be inside the store waiting and other customers come in with complicated problems. The customers receive perfect, clear explanations that are cogent and based on real experience. It is a great place to visit with any phone or computer problem you may have.
