I was in the market for new speakers, I dealt with Joey (store manager). Great communication, excellent service, he really took care of me! My suggestion to customers, maybe call before you come and just see if Joey is around or let a staff memeber know you are coming, this way you can have one on one experience.

I’ve been going to Music Trends for years, and Joey always takes care of me with great pricing and solid service. Today was just another example of why I keep coming back—I bought some lighting cases, and after I paid, Joey noticed I had overpaid. Without me even realizing it, he fixed it right away. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Definitely appreciate the integrity!

This store is very unprofessional. Google store hours and sign on their doors said closes at 7pm we were there around 6:40 the guy inside saw us and said store is closed while the open light was on.
