I had 3 horrible experiences and the only reason I stayed was because Annu Kavita fixed the issue and went out of their way convince me to stay but recently I went there and a girl named Irene I believe helped (messed) up my entire account in 10 minutes. I didn't see Annu kavita otherwise I don't really care for the other employees there. They are so stupid /ignorant and don't know their job. please don't go here. I'm about to close my account. I had to take a day off to fix whatever she screwed up!!

My girlfriend and I walked in to be helped. After sitting for 15 minutes we were helped by Catherine or Katherine. At the first desk towards the door, we asked for a loan and immediately she asked if my 23 year old girlfriend was 15 yrs old. First of all what gives someone the right to tell someone that. It was VERY unprofessional and a very big turn down just when we sat down. I would not recommend this place to anyone, this place is very unprofessional and unpleasant when dealing with business. Very rude of Catherine to speak unprofessionally and out of context. She should not be working there and at a McDonalds instead where they make remarks like that. She should be gone. We immediately got up and left after the remark. Absolutely RIDICULOUS . This is discrimination against her age

I’ve had Nefcu/Jovia for years. First time going to this branch. I highly recommend Rockville Centre and Westbury branch for better services and experience . Granted covid has slowed things down. I went 3 weeks before going to get the replacement card. Original they expedited mail-in card and didn’t come until the 4th week. First time ever happening usually nomore than 5 days and thats without expedition. I called the service line before hand to let them know ahead of time all my inconveniences and that needed my card to be ready once I arrived. Almost equivalent to an appointment. Before covid, with lost cards at both Rockville Centre and Westbury branches’ they had the cards ready. I’d ask for the teller/rep who would handled my card and less than 5 mins everything is down. When I got here, it was myself and one other person. I had to wait 10 mins before starting my card process. The card was not ready as I’ve asked ahead of time. The representative proceeded to help the other rep before starting my card. As well as, putting my process on hold a couple of times to help the other rep. I had to verify many notations that I made with the phone rep and reciting all the information again in person. The Union’s rep had no interest in my notations and little interest into what I was trying to express. I had my patient who has compromised immune system and other medical needs with me so thats why I forward all the necessary information to the phone rep for the Credit Union’s rep. After almost 20 mins, I received my card. Before leaving, I asked if she could process the Apple Pay or is it a dial-up I have to call. The Rep. said just call the number and it’ll be fine. I came a little before 5:30 and left 5:51 from atm receipt. The rep was more concerned about finishing with the other rep’s client and getting home. She didn’t bother to make sure this client was good. Imagine calling the dial-up number waiting on hold only to find out they don’t do debit card services. Instead of transferring, they give you a referral number to call. I’m at work so I can’t be on hold another 10-15 mins. Didn’t bother to get that number. Then calling the next day after business hours only to find out you have to call member services at the actual Jovia branch itself to handle debit card services. Not that I didn’t ask if I can handle all transaction right then and there wasn’t concern enough. Not that waiting 3 weeks to walk-in for my new card was enough. Asking customer service to handle my business that already been compromised ahead of time so its an easy process for both parties was considerate enough. Not that I explained at that point that I never received the card multiple times didn’t matter enough to keep asking for verification. Then to wait 15-25 mins from walking in the door to receiving my card before rushing me out the door without securing all of my needs was professional enough. I don’t appreciate the inconvenience. Especially citing covid restrictions, the unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service. By far the worse experience I’ve experienced from Nefcu/Jovia services. I gave 2 stars because I like Jovia except when dealing with the specific branch. I will not be returning to the Levittown branch again. I highly recommend Westbury and Rockville for member services. Outside of discrepancies. There’s a bethpage credit union across from the branch to receive withdrawals or process deposits.

I had an amazing experience at Jovia Financial. This is the first time I am banking with them. Annu and Kavita (manager) were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond and made sure all my financial needs were taken care of. I highly recommend Jovia in Levittown!!!

I had a awesome experience with Kavita the manager. Kavita explained everything from A-Z about acquiring a heloc and she made it all simple. If I ever need anything from a bank this is where I will be coming because I was not treated the same as when I walk into the other banks They took their time and walked me thru it all.

do not bank here !!! I joined my local branch closed TD and 1 experience I deposited my payroll check and paid bills like normal went good shopping and was denied wouldn't go thru . I was told from bank representative it takes 6 businesses days 2 weeks for paycheck to clear . I called chase and money was taken within 24 hours out of there account but hold my money and yours for 6 business days witch is two weeks . Unbelievable.

Waiting forever to pay a car loan through their "new" automated teller machines. Why would I refer a friend here? Thankfully I use a different bank for my regular things- this is just a car loan.
