I went to sally Beauty in Levittown to purchase hairspray and a brush. SIMM the employee was great! She was nice, patient and was easy to deal with. I made a long trip to get to this location and it was definitely worth it. Next time I need a hair product I will go back to that location, hopefully simm is there that day. Thanks Sean R

I was feeling spontaneous and wanted to do some hair treatments, so I stopped by knowing absolutely NOTHING about bleach/toner/what I was supposed to buy for what I wanted to do.I was greeted by the friendliest girl ever and she was so informative, so helpful, & it felt like I made a friend! She was really so lovely.I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but I came by today (12/1/23) around 1:00 & she had brown hair. She seriously made my shopping experience so easy and I’ve never had customer service like that before at an Ulta/Sephora/etc. I can’t wait to come back here - this girl deserves a serious raise!!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. I can in to buy hair products and no one greeted me. However, they greeted everyone else in the store but me. I decided to go to a different Sally’s because I refuse to shop at a store where I’m disrespected.

First time I went to the store explaining what I wanted and the employee was no help, I went back and Francesca was absolutely amazing. She helped to fix the previous employees mistake and didn’t rush me when helping to figure out what was actually the best product for me.And aside from helping me she was also the only one on the register so she was having to do that at the same time and did it all absolutely flawlessly. Please give her a raise!!

I was in Sally’s trying to pick a $70 curling wand The young lady came up to me and said sorry we close at 7 pm I said oh I’m just trying to pick a wand she said no e close I said ok I guess I’ll leave With that she walked me to the door What a shame bc I also had to get 6 liters of shampoo conditioner and a roll cart Won’t be back

Horrible customer service. Walked in to pick up hairspray on hold for me. Sales people didn't greet me and just walked away. I called out to them 3 times and finally came over as if doing me a favor. Manager was off for a week. I will call next week.

I went in on Saturday to re-dye my hair tanzanite and the guy (I’m not sure of his name) helped me out by saying to bleach the roots and the color will cover up my previous color. My hair right now looks amazing and I’ve gotten compliments left and right.

I recently purchased an electric shaver at this location and it doesn't work. $135+ later and I'm left with a product that doesn't work. I understand that it's final sale no returns (how convenient for them) But what about customer service and satisfaction? I'm left with a product that doesn't shave at all I tried to do so many things to it left it charging for a while and it doesn't work. Enjoy my $135+ God bless.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I would never write a bad review unless it was that bad, so clearly it was. Usually I keep my mouth shut but it was honestly unacceptable. Asked for help finding a toner for my sisters hair that I had successfully bleached that day. Came out perfect just needed to tone down the yellow the smallest bit. Nasty worker picked out toner and developer for us to buy. Put it on my sisters hair, it immediately turned blue. I’m talking 30 seconds after I put it on her hair it turned bright blue. We went back to the store and asked how to fix it and why this happened. Keep in mind I went to cosmetology school a few years ago and never went for my license yet I seemed to know more than this worker. She immediately gave attitude, told she had to call her boss and then told us to try putting orange DYE on her hair. Yes orange will cancel out blue, but on her extremely porous hair? That will turn the blonde parts orange. She offered no help in picking anything out and my sister and I were basically left to figure it out ourselves. We decided to go with a copper blonde toner even thought it was a stretch (which ended up working no thanks to miss worker Tanisha or whatever her name was who wanted us to put straight up ORANGE PERMANENT DYE). When we went to check out she refused to give us an even exchange for the products SHE told us to buy that turned my sisters hair blue. She then told us that WE did something wrong. Most horrible attitude, was not willing to help us, took no responsibility for her mistake. Never trust a sally’s worker. They’re not trained.

The staff is so accommodating and always friendly! I left with things I needed and more, and a smile on my face too!
