I went there last week with my daughter. There we met Juvaria. She is very helpful and kind. More than willing to help and answer all our questions and even give a sample for my daughter for the spot care. Thanks to her, our experience in Sephora was very pleasant.

I don't understand why they opened a location here if we always have to go through sephora itself to solve an issue! Horrible customer service and the workers have no idea what they are doing! Extremely disappointed!

I have always shop at khols and love the store in Levittown I use my credit card so I dont have to keep receipts. Never ever have had a problem with a return I bought tanning drops from Sephora $60 went to return in less then 30 days they gave me such a hard time saying it wasnt coming up on my credit card I called my khols card when in the store they said it was less then 30 day , they saw the purchase. The sales girls said it was not coming up on my card So she went and got the manger of Sephora he said it was not coming up on my card . So I went to the back of the store where you do khols returns The nice women pulled it up right away on my khols card it was less then 30 days . She returned it for me immediately and said she was sorry for the trouble I went through . Sephora had me there over 45 minutes making me make a call to my credit card . Who also said they saw the purchase on my card and under 30 days I will never shop at that Sephora ever again. I feel they where lying about no seeing on my card never thinking I would go to the back of the store and do the return. The sales girl and the elderly male manger should be ashamed at how poorly they treated me .. this was done at the store November 17,2022 at 6 pm in Levittown ny If they want that store to do well get rid of both of them I will shop at Khols but not that Sephora very upsetshould be ashamed

I'm a rouge reward member which means I spend over 1k a year at Sephora! I purchased a self tanner and used it twice unfortunately the pump malfunctioned (isle of paradise) so I brought it in to return it. The sales person at the front asked for a receipt and i said unfortunately I don't have one bc I wasn't planning on returning it. I'd just like to make an even exchange since it's damaged. I asked if she can look it up without a receipt .... She had a bad attitude about it and was not eager to help me and said I didn't purchase it there. She left me so frustrated I pulled up my cc account and asked for a manager and told her I spent $250 in the store at time of purchase ... the manager went into the system and found it for me. I said why is your staff a) so rude and b) not trained properly ? In business if you see a good customer you do everything to retain that customer .... Management needs to train staff properly on customer retention and satisfaction

I came to redeem a birthday reward that I received on April 28 and as we were about done, the woman said oh you can't use it if your bday was in April. I showed h er the email dated April 28 th and she wouldn't honor it . Im pretty disappointed in Sephora. I'm not here all the time and came when I could. It doesn't matter that it's a free gift, its that she wouldn't honor it. I guess I won't be shopping here anymore . The email said it was good for a few weeks also - not only until the end of april

Small selection of items, but if you have a sephora gift card they wont accept it because the women who worked at sephora said " Kohls" does not accept sephora gift cards.

Although I love the selection of items the way they set up the check out was horrible. The cashier was very friendly and quick which was awesome when I finally got there.
