Nasty experience,if u don't want to be humiliated then don't go to this location,i went there to find out why i am being over charged,i was talking to a guy who was explaining me why i am being charged then suddenly one attention seeker guy named CHARLIE came and said in a very nasty tone that you are using it that's why u r being charged,i asked some more details to the other guy and again he interfered and said u can leave the store,i was like excuse me why do i leave the store?( i was literally shocked )he said we can't explain u the bill details leave the store,the other guy was explaining it and we were having a good conversation, where did CHARLIE came from?why he was interfering when i was not talking to him?he told me 3 times to leave the store for no reason ,i was not yelling or getting angry i was confused and wanted to know the reason and wanted to pay my bill,anyways i had a nasty experience,i left the store and because of nasty CHARLIE i ported my number to other service provider ,NO MORE TMOBILE FOR EVER

My personal opinion is that it was not a good experience. I paid $65.16 for just one screen protector. I had to buy it because I had a new phone, but I think it was overpriced."

Twice I went to T-Mobil retail in Levittown and East MeadowsBoth said NO SENIOR SPECIAL PRICE even though you advertise the specials.

Jamal was very efficient and pleasant to deal with which made my phone purchasing experience a very good one. Elizabeth was very friendly too and greeted me upon my arrival. Quick set up of the phone was another positive to the experience.

Opened an account at this store and was lied to about how our billing was being set up. Have had nothing but issues with trying to correct their mistakes. Opening an account took some time and they were getting ready to close by the time our phones were porting over to our new account and they rushed through the process so they could leave exactly when they closed - if you go here make sure the are setting up your account exactly as they claim they will.

Chris delivered the best T-Mobile experience I’ve had to date. He knew the answer to all my questions was friendly and funny. He resolved the issue with my screen protector quickly. Jamal helped me too and he was also great!

I would give no stars if I could. I been with tmoblie over 9 years and I think of leave after how i was treated on 4/17/21 by a so called supervisor Juan. I am still very upset. Not even sure he gave me a right name. The way he treated me was disgusting. I am reach out to corporate store.
