Hold for long periods of time on the 800 number to only be disconnected. And when trying to reach the branch directly almost always have to leave a message. And always feel very rushed when we finally reach someone!

I have no problem with this bank and/or branch in Levittown. Yes, it has changed names I think twice or maybe they were bought or merge. The tellers are the same as were in Hicksville when it was Astoria Bank and everyone of the tellers are professional and pleasant to interact with.The person who wrote a review about their hours you need an appointment after 2pm, there is no such thing. I asked the assistant branch manager. Stop being so negative unless you work for a competitive bank and just want to drive business to yours or hoping so. Webster Bank has a solid foundation. No, I do not work for the bank. I drive an 18 wheeler for a living and I can spot false reviews. Now, knock it off!!

Trash bank. Was assured my account would be closed if the balance was zero when it did it's "nightly sweep" and that they couldn't just close it on their own. Noticed the account was still open a week later and tried to call but was on hold for an hour then it just hung up. Then, of course, the student loan company didn't apply the autopay change for the current month and the bank processed it and tried to charge me an OD. Don't bank with Webster. It's like a gym. You can sign up but they never let you close the account.

Late hours are listed as Friday until 6 pm. Went to the bank before 4 pm and signs on the door say Mon-Fri 9-2. After 2 pm by appointment only. Most people work 9-5 so who are they servicing? Certainly not the working class. There is nothing left at this bank for me. Will be moving to another bank ASAP.

The woman Christina who works here deserves a raise!!! She was amazing and single-handedly made this a five star rating for me. She went above and beyond to help me and really gives phenomonal customer service.

It seems this bank's customer service people like to talk to you any old way, leave you on hold and don't tell me you how long they're going to be, plus the toll free number it takes longer to be connected to an agent. They really need to teach employees how to be more professional.
