never has anything that I need. The shelves are always empty. They have a homeless person living in his car in their parking lot which isn't safe for their customers. Definitely shopping in another location like Hicksville which is a beautiful store rather travel the few extra miles at least they always have what I need. It is worth spending a little more gas. There is also never anyone there to help you which is never a good thing.

I was at target in Levittown 8:00 opening time of target store, with my 17 yr old grandson today. (With other customers out waiting for store to open too! Some there for same item talking about the Star Wars exclusive Darth vader figure)The store is not the problem, the target employee was our issue.my grandson asked to see a particular Star Wars item exclusive to only target (Darth Vader) this product was not on shelves as it should have been. My grandson ask help from 1 target employee and he ( the employee) said it was out of his reach he could not get it, ok then I think he should've asked someone who could get the item with help from a machine they have to reach high items in back of store on shelves high up, (idk the name of machine) ? He was not helpful as usually target employees are always there to help(will walk you to the aisle itself product you need is in) my grandson is a regular in the Levittown store, always purchasing target exclusives. The employees know him not meaning any different treatment but they know he knows store had the item! Anyway he asked another target employee and he said I can't help you. He proceeded to go to supervisor up front of store, no help either. We shop target ALL the time in our neighborhood target close to home, well I drove now to westbury target corporate dr. Guess what same item in back of store the employee got the item gave it my grandson thank you target employee so appreciated that, (I didn't have to drive to another target) again item not on shelf so he could just get the figure himself had to ask for help from employee, it was no problem for this employee to get the figure, it only is an exclusive item target does this often and only can buy that day it comes out, very limited quantity of items when exclusive, so early is the only way to be sure you get item you want. The thing is if item is out on sale a particular day it should be on shelf from night before when stocking products, not understanding why not??? Levittown your slipping down in my neighborhood store list, I'm going out of neighborhood to shop target?? Not good!

I was just in this Target in the electronics department. They took a very long for a worker to come then when we got there looking for a camera they said the cameras on display are not sold anymore and they have no other cameras in stock.

I like this Target at Levittown. They have a good inventory of items that I came here for. I typically browse through the dollar deals section because you'll never know what you find there, which are always amazing finds. The store is always neat and clean and gives customers a nice feeling when you walk in. The staff are helpful when you are looking for particular items. The cashiers are always busy, but I tend to shop off-hours so I never encounter problems.

The phone technician pointed a completely WRONG solution to my issue with my target phone. He simply suggested me to buy a new phone because he couldn’t solve an issue with this phone and said “I wouldn’t recommend you buy it in target”. I mean, wow.

Went shopping with my daughter, time to check out I go to self check out, she goes to a register with a cashier. I accidently scanned an item twice, so called over some woman obviously working in that area. She comes over stone faced with a bad vibe, doesn't say one word to me, fixes my error and walks away stone faced. Hey lady, has anyone ever told you that your face won't crack if you smile? I finish and go over to where my daughter is, and she is obviously having her own issue. The shampoo and conditioner she was purchasing wasn't coming up at the sale price, even though it was on the Target App(which she showed in her phone), and the sign by the shelves of the hair products said "All Hair Products 20% off", but excluded hair appliances like dryers, straighteners etc. I do want to mention here that the woman ahead of my daughter, who was clearly perplexed by something, everyone was fawning all over her, bending over backwards complimenting her on her watch. My daughter has an issue and it's like too bad. This woman with a walkie talkie comes over to put in her two cents, because my daughter also had a manufacturer's coupon she wanted to apply, which this woman claimed cannot be used, so in other words, you have to choose which discount you want to use, you cannot use both at the same time. I never heard such nonsense, and told her that whatever sale the store chooses to run does not conflict with a manufacturer's coupon, that they are separate and independent of one another, and can be used for the purchase towards the same items at the same time, UNLESS it specifically states on the coupon itself, it cannot be used with any other offers, OR the coupon has already expired. Manufacturer's of products that decide to print coupons, do not confer with independent stores as to when the store will be putting certain items on sale. Manufacturer's want people to use their coupons, and many times, it will coincide that there's a valid coupon for a product that also happens to be on sale at some store at the same time. This should be able to be used to the customer's advantage as it's intended to, by the manufacturer, without it being denied by some indoctrinated, misinformed employee at the store. Not to mention, the store gets reimbursed for the amount of the coupon. If people don't know their rights as a consumer, they will fall prey to this rhetoric. Of course she had to go and check the shelves for this supposed sale of 20% off hair products. Of course at this point the cashier was apologizing to the other customers on the line, who in their usual and typical impatience, couldn't fathom moving their rooted feet to go over to another register. Whereupon, one woman on the line said to the cashier, "It's not your fault", in other words, it's my daughter's fault for holding things up. I suppose if this loudmouth woman was buying something on sale that wasn't scanning at the sale price, and had a coupon for it as well would just say, "it's all ok, just charge me whatever you want to, the sign saying it's on sale is irrelevant, the app is incorrect, and I'll just toss the coupon, because it's all good, because heaven forbid I should hold things up and offend somebody". The walkie talkie woman comes back, and indeed these items are 20% off, and she will take the coupon, even though, "they're not supposed to". So lame, unpleasant, and indoctrinated. This whole thing took way too long to resolve, and my daughter should have been the one to receive an apology for having to wait so long until this walkie talkie person finally barely acknowledged that their system was at fault, but none was forthcoming. My daughter should have been commended for maintaining her composure though out this debacle, while being subjected to total ineptitude. I can say with certainty, that if my daughter looked older than 15, or was a man, or just crossed the border illegally, or insisted on being identified

I'm from Brooklyn, so I'm used to really bad Target stores. This one is actually very nice. Things are well stocked, most things are where they're supposed to be. And there's enough room to maneuver around. Fresh produce as well. Big toy selection, but the computer selection could use a bit of help. Large selection of clothing for all genders and ages.

Worst order drive up service. The workers bring only one order at a time. Every other target that I've been to Dave load up two or three orders on the carts, but not this place. They bring one order out to a car go all the way back and come out 10 minutes later bring another order to a car so they can be only three cars there and you will wait a half hour.

This was a most pleasant shopping trip. The store is very clean and uncluttered. The merchandise is all marked and neatly displayed. Everyone I spoke with (employees) were helpful and very concerned about me and my quest to find specific items. I have not been on this target since Covid started. I was pleasantly surprised also with the safety measures(masks, antibacterial spray) that is offered throughout the store.

I love Target. I have no problems with this location. I always find what I need and I have no problems returning items. In my experiences, the times that I needed help from the employees, they were nice and professional. The only complain that I have is not their fault: I go in to get milk and I leave the store with things that I didn't know I needed such as toys, candy, pajamas, wrench, Christmas lights, socks, etc.

This target is always, always a huge mess. I don't understand because every other target I've ever been to has been very clean and organized so I don't know how this location doesn't get in trouble. There are always tons of shopping carts full of merchandise blocking tons of aisles and blocking access to huge sections of stuff. Isn't this a safety/fire hazard? It makes it extra difficult to get thru the store with your own cart. Next the employees are constantly in the way with huge carts and are extremely rude and don't care if they cut you off or run you over! You can say excuse me, and they'll just ignore you until you about face. Nobody greets you or is helpful at all. Their little target cell phone gadgets are super loud and constantly going off. Half of them don't even wear uniforms and look like they just rolled out of bed. If this location wasn't so close to my house, I would never go here!

So went to the Levittown Target to buy a vacuum that was on sale, could not find it on the sales floor, found an associate his name was Ron he was extremely helpful, he checked inventory and went into the back to see if they had any. He could not find any, but he tried extremely hard to help. There were 6 in Valley Stream and I was willing to go pick it up. So went up to guest services to get assistance for them to either order, secure the item for me or check inventory in the store, the rep refused to do any of the above. Any big box store I told her she should be able to do any of the above but her answer was NO!! Looked up Lowes they price matched with the regular price, then I get 5 percent off with my card and it actually came out cheaper than Target and NO HASSLES!!
