Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I went to this jeep dealership through recommendation and wanted to build a new personalized jeep wrangler. I explained to the representative there that I had my current 2022 Toyota Camry hybrid that I wanted to trade in and if they accept trade in. He then assured that they accepted trade ins and then I asked him to appraise the vehicle so that I can know the current value of my car and if it will be appraised with positive or negative equity. He then took the car to get the appraisal and stated that it will take 15 mins. When he arrived back at the dealership, he then wanted to start the process of building the wrangler with a $2000 down payment to secure the slot. I then stated how can I build the Jeep and i don’t know what my car was appraised at so that I could go to my bank with the numbers. He then said to go to the pre-owned section down the road and speak to the manager Brian and he will let me know what is the offer. I went there and Brian who was appraising another vehicle asked me to wait 15 mins until he is finished. After about 10 mins Brian hopped in the car that he was appraising and before driving off said “I’m not interested in the car, I don’t do well with Toyota’s. Go to Toyota your better off there.” I guess the first guy whose name I can’t remember wanted to pressure me into going through with the process. My advice will be to steer clear of these hustlers and I’m very happy that it went that way and they revealed their true intentions. Safe to say I will definitely not be buying my wrangler from this dealership.For a follow up, I recently purchased a Jeep wrangler from Westbury Jeep. And I highly recommend due the the professional experience that I had and unbeatable customer service. Ask for CJ. See picture attached of the Jeep from Westbury Jeep.

Ended the year with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee which me and my family are extremely happy about and it’s all thanks to the excellent help and attention Alex gave us! He was such a great guy and super nice throughout the whole process from beginning to end. What a great year to start off with our beautiful car, Thank you so much Alex for such great service as well to everyone in Town & Country. Highly recommend!

From start to finish dealing with Town and Country has been nothing short of remarkable. We ordered our Demon 170 in March 2023 and received in December this year. Michael Perez and his teams are class acts. He kept us updated the whole way through and ensured that all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. I truly can’t express enough how happy I am with this dealership and the level of customer care we received. Also being in the car business I know what good service looks like and this is the top tier level that customers should come to expect when purchasing a vehicle. 10/5 stars.

I recently visited this Jeep location on December 2nd and initially had a positive impression, leaving a deposit for what appeared to be a great lease deal. The salesperson who assisted me was pleasant and seemed straightforward. However, my experience took a downturn when, two weeks later, the car was still not ready for delivery due to an issue with the radio system.Over the course of those two weeks, I made multiple trips to the dealership for the agreed-upon new delivery date, only to find that the car was still not available. What added to the frustration was the lack of proactive communication from the management team. Despite the ongoing issue and my repeated visits, no member of the leadership took the time to introduce themselves or offer alternative solutions.This experience was beyond disappointing, as it required multiple commutes and time taken away from my family to visit the dealership. The lack of effective communication and problem-solving from the management team left me with no choice but to request a refund for the deposit, as it became clear that the dealership could not deliver on the initially agreed-upon deal. Overall, this was an unsatisfactory experience that could have been improved with better communication and a more proactive approach from the management team.

Terrible car shopping experience! Spent over 8 hours visiting the dealership three times. Initially, the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder was listed at $16,495, but with taxes and fees, it surged to over $21k. Ready to leave, the salesperson suggested that he could ask the manager for a better deal, but the manager was incredibly rude and lectured us at the table as if we were initiating the negotiation. Left without making a purchase.Later, when inquiring about the car again, they disputed the quoted price of $19,093 from our last visit, claiming it was $22k even after a $1k price drop online. Decided to give it another shot. On the second visit, the quote increased to $20,600, $2500 more, including the price drop, and still, we agreed. On the third visit, when we were supposed to pick the car up, we were told the car had major engine issues, which they could have informed us over the phone during the 2 days since our last visit. Now waiting for a refund.A constructive suggestion to the pre-owned dealership manager: Cultivating a positive and friendly environment can greatly enhance the overall customer experience, aligning with the admirable tone observed in your responses to Google reviews and e-mails. A warm smile and courteous demeanor towards clients, regardless of their backgroud and personal sentiments, can go a long way in making clients feel valued. This thoughtful approach stands as a key element that could profoundly uplift the atmosphere and bolster the dealership's reputation.

I had an ongoing issue with my Jeep 2016 grand Cherokee ****** miles. I brought my vehicle in on two occasion (1) first time for brakes back in early 2023 and mentioned shifting issues.(2) early July for the shifting issues which I was told it was just a software issue.Upon pick up after renting a car for a week down at enterprise the same bad shifting was there. This Jeep had a few months left on the 7/100000 warranty and they thought just by not tending to the issue and buying time they would get away without fixing it. I took the Jeep to a transmission expert and he showed me that the the transfer case was failing. I decided to let him do the job with *************** instead of going back to TCJD which clearly didnt want to do the job in the first place. I spent a total of $5400.00 for the replacement of a transfer case and an extra $700.00 in rental car fees. So much for getting an extended warranty.

She communicated with me daily and helped with ensuring a smooth transaction. She responded quickly to all of my texts with accurate information.

I bought my jeep here in 2015 and ever since I been coming here for service. I never had an issue here with the service, in fact they are very professional at what they do. However, one day I had an issue (happens) but what really impress me the most is how much they care for their customers. When I brough this issue up to the person in charge, Jim. I purchased a car with the sales rep Carl and he was PHENOMENAL!!! I cannot say enough kind words about this man. He was so kind, funny, and just went above and beyond for me to make my experience so much better. I would 1000/10 recommend him and this dealership.
