“Kind and very attentive. Took the one star off because I felt my issue was not diagnosed before pointing me to a resolution. Can you imagine being told you need a new transmission which can cost $3000 to $10000 when in fact someone else is the issue. And you find out that your car is still driving fine after 10000 miles from when your told your transmission is done without even being driven or put into gear.”

“I recently needed an urgent warranty repair carried out on a new (to me) car, and had it towed to Olympos. The engine repairs were carried out, some additional issues were found and resolved. The engineer I worked with was Mikey. He explained all the work to me in detail including a line-by-line breakdown of the costs. I received copies of all documentation and was given a walkaround of the vehicle, and also photos of when the car was on the lift, providing before-and-after comparisons. Lastly, the work was warrantied by Olympos. Overall, dealing with Mikey felt like bringing an instrument to a master luthier. He brought a level of detail that is unusual in this day and age. It always helps if you love your work, and Mikey obviously loves cars and is very knowledgeable and he is happy to get your business.
Overall, Olympos raises the bar. I highly recommend them for regular maintenance or more advanced work.”

“I brought in my 2012 Toyota Tundra from a transfer case / transmission service. My truck was out of warranty so I brought it to Better Miles as it was close to my house. Leo was very professional and gave me up front pricing and told me how much it was going to cost for a new transfer case. The transfer case from Toyota was very expensive and he gave me another option on a used one. The truck only had 50k miles and he recommended me to go for a new one and spend the extra cash. I decided to use his advise and go for the new transfer case. Better Miles gave me a 1 year warrantee and both parts and labor. Thank you Leo, the truck runs great and I will stop doing 4 wheel drive donuts in the snow. This was an expensive mistake.”
