Dear Ulta Beauty Team,
I’m writing to share an upsetting experience I had at one of your stores recently. I made a purchase of around $31, but I was not offered any free promotional gift or mini bag. Immediately after me, I observed two customers receiving mini bags at checkout — without asking. This is the second time they didn’t give me any bags tho.
When I inquired later and did some research, I learned that there were promotional offers tied to certain purchases. While I understand that some gifts are brand-specific, I felt disappointed that nothing was explained to me at the time — especially when others right behind me received something without question.
As a visibly brown, hijab-wearing woman, this situation left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. I hope this was not due to bias, but the lack of communication combined with the difference in treatment made me question it. No customer should feel excluded or treated differently based on how they look.
I value Ulta and shop there often, but I felt disrespected and invisible during this visit. I’m kindly requesting that this concern be taken seriously and that future staff interactions with all customers reflect fairness and clarity.

Stopped in to the Levittown location for Ulta Beauty this evening and, as in the past, had a very positive experience. The store was extremely clean and organized, which was impressive, especially as it was near closing time. Shortly after I started to browse, I was greeted by the manager, Jennalynn, who helped me find everything I was looking for, and provided me with product suggestions that matched my concerns without putting pressure on me to purchase any of them - a refreshing approach in retail Health and Beauty. Needless to say, I look forward to coming back to this Ulta to spend some time pampering myself to find new makeup and beauty products.

Such a great experience with Ulta Levittown. Our Girl Scout Troop had an End of Year Celebration today and we couldn’t be happier. Nancy was amazing to work with and was great with helping in every single detail of our event. She worked with me to pick a perfect time and explained how the event would go.
An aesthetician spoke to the troop about skincare and allowed them to try different products. We then had to time to eat some treats that we brought. Next, a makeup artist talked to the girls about different options and showed them how to apply different types of makeup. The team even had a fun little trivia contest at the end of the presentation and gave the girls prizes.
Finally, the girls got to go shopping! The staff was there to help them and lead the girls in the right direction. Nancy helped the girls purchase their items. She has the patience of a saint because these girls filled their baskets a little too high. She helped them narrow down their choices and get the things they really wanted.
I can’t thank Nancy and the staff at Ulta Levittown for such an amazing day. Ready to book another party ASAP!

I have gone to Ulta Levittown for my kids haircuts several times because they are reasonably priced. On several occasions our stylist was late with her appointment, leaving me with all three kids in the store trying to keep them entertained. Anyone with little ones knows how difficult this could be. This last time my stylist was over 25 minutes late and another stylist had to take my daughter. I feel like she rushed through the haircut because she had another client coming in. I will have to find another place for my kids haircuts!

I previously did not have the best experience at this location and i’d like to take back my thoughts, I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Arsheen at Ulta in Levittown , and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of products. Arsheen immediately greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was looking for a new foundation but was unsure where to start. Arsheen listened attentively to my concerns about my skin type and the kind of coverage I was looking for. She then expertly guided me through the different options, explaining the pros and cons of each. What impressed me the most was her knowledge of the products and her ability to match me with the perfect foundation shade. I ended up purchasing the Mac studio radiance foundation and i highly recommend it. Thanks to her, I found a foundation that looks and feels amazing. She also provided helpful tips on application and skincare. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made the whole experience enjoyable.

On 2 separate occasions, this location took over 15 minutes to respond to curbside pick up. On the 3rd occasion, I ended up finally going inside to see if perhaps they were busy and give them the benefit of the doubt. They were in fact, not busy at all and didn’t even realize that they were notified a customer was waiting for curbside pickup. Not sure what the point of having this option available is if this location appears to consistently forget monitor it.

Today May 23rd, 2025. I sent a friend to return a cologne at the Levittown Ulta that I purchased online because I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing before he went to the store I called Ulta customer service to see if I could just mail back the item, and they told me I’d have to pay the return shipping fee or just return at any Ulta store for free. I made sure I told customer service that I used Klarna as the payment method to which they advised me it wouldn't be an issue to return in store, I got two free items with the purchase which I specifically asked customer service if I needed to return them as well (Which they said no, just return the paid for item)My friend got to the store around 7:30pm, the old white blonde lady who was at the first register told him he needed to return the free items too (I was annoyed by this because he drove 12 mins to the store just to have to come back to me for the free items customer service said I don't have to return) Anyway, no biggie, I sent back the free items with the cologne, this hag again said she cannot find an account, which all the information for my account was provided, so when I spoke to her over the phone despite her nasty disgusting attitude, she found my account but said she needed the credit card I used, I informed her that I used Klarna not a card, she's going to tell me that's not what she's seeing! I was literally in my account looking at the order which clearly shows Klarma as the payment method! After two failed attempts to return this item, I had to leave my damn house in the rain to go to the store (I was livid!) when I got there, I spoke to the younger cashier at the end (nice girl) which the older cashier overheard and interrupted with a massive attitude saying the credit card was needed, that pissed me off to the max as I said multiple times, I DID NOT USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD! I USED KLARNA! To which this she rudely replied “I don't know what to tell you” Ummhh idk maybe do your damn job and process my refund! The other young girl cashier told me to just tap my phone which I did and the refund was processed. I don't know that old lady cahsier’s name but let me tell you this, her attitude stinks and she's in the wrong profession! funny thing is her attitude was much different when talking to the other WHITE customers lol, very typical of her! I've spent $1000s of dollars with ulta and trust me when I say, after my refund is issue I'll be closing my account and sticking to Sephora! And yeah, my $$ won’t make a difference but its MY MONEY and I refuse to spend it where people are so nasty and disrespectful! Lastly, Ma’am I don't know your name or if you will ever see this but if you do! I mean what I said after you were trying to be sarcastic! “HAVE THE NIGHT YOU DESERVE!”

I have not been to Ulta in years and I very rarely leave reviews, but this location is really unkept. To put it simply all the samples are disgusting. All the pencils are broken off. There’s no organization you can tell that nobody organizes the staff and away where everyone takes a section at some point during the day and cleans and organizes and make sure that it’s presentable. I have never seen a make up store so messy and gross. I can’t understand how a manager closes at night knowing that that’s the presentation of the store. Even down to the fragrances Not having the tester strips These are just little things that when you run a store and you have employees it’s just common sense. It’s all about cleanliness and presentation. You’re selling make up and skin care and hair care and just the way that specifically the make up was kept was just shocking. No one greeted me and no one asked me if I needed a bag or a basket and the girls all they were doing was gossiping very loud. No one asked me if I needed help and they were not particularly friendly. Do yourself a favor go to another location or do yourself one better and just go to Sephora

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Quinn for her incredible help today. After an unfortunate experience with another associate who said she would check on a perfume for me but never returned—choosing instead to assist other patrons—I was left feeling overlooked and disappointed.
That’s when Quinn stepped in. I had no idea she was the manager, but she was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Not only did she take the time to assist me, but she also returned with the perfume I was looking for. Her positive attitude and professionalism completely turned my experience around.
If it weren’t for Quinn, I honestly might not have returned after today. She went above and beyond and truly deserves recognition—and honestly, a raise! Thank you, Quinn!
