ordered something online thinking it would be a fast pick up but they could not find my item . had to wait more than 25 minutes for them to tell me that I had to rebuy it again and cancel my online order.

For anyone looking to get their hair done, I HIGHLY recommend Ulta Beauty in Levittown. Definitely go to Bianca, that is who I go to. She is absolutely amazing and extremely talented. I promise that if you go to her, you will never leave unhappy. She is fabulous and an amazing person. Definitely check out Ulta beauty in Levittown. And definitely, if you'd like, get your hair done by the gifted Bianca. She can do anything you want, and truly cares. LOVE my hair because of her. And you will love your hair if you go to her. I am very grateful I found her!

I had a terrible experience at Ulta Salon with Selina. She damaged my hair and was rude and unprofessional. When I addressed the issue, she hung u, because she knew I was calling. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and would strongly advise against going to Ulta Salon, especially if Selina is your stylist.

So… I just got back from a trip to ulta Levitown and I am not happy. I love the store itself, location, and product variety, but I don’t like the way the employees treat me. This is the second time I’ve come to this store, and every time I go to this store; I am followed- I can’t walk two steps without someone pretending to fix something in the same aisle or them sending multiple different employees to my space to ask me “if I need help”. Even as I was actively still browsing and shopping, I was asked if I was “ready to check out”. There was still at least 200 dollars more worth of merchandise I was ready to buy but they made me so uncomfortable I just left. If you are not white or white passing, you will be profiled here. And judging from the other reviews; this location has a real problem with profiling and alienating their minority customers.

First time in this store... I asked for help with a few things definitely got the answers I needed and continued to shop around the store. This poor little white girl was visibly holding my items in my hands and every corner I turned someone ws watching me. I left the store paying more then $200... I should have just dropped the items and left. I've never and I mean never had anyone follow me around a store like that. Maybe it's time to invest in asset protection of your employees are so worried about people stealing. Sad.

I would rather drive across the country than go into this Ulta. Every time I have stepped foot in here the employees look at everyone who walk in up and down in the oddest, most judgmental fashion. They all just stand around talking to each other and asking them for help is like committing the biggest crime known to mankind. The employees here need a swift realty check from someone.

Really dissatisfied with my appointment here that I had. I got to my appointment on time, was told to sit down and wait. 20 minutes later, they have an internal issue as to who will be taking me. Internal banter happened, was really uncomfortable and was then told to see a stylist. She was upset because I wasn't on her calendar and you can tell she didn't want to take me. I ended up leaving without the service. Will not be back.I'm a paying customer and deserve to be treated with respect.

Please do NOT get your haircut at this place! The girl completely destroyed my daughters hair. She already had curtain bangs and just asked for a trim and she mutilated her hair! All uneven, and short bang if you could even call it that. So upsetting, NEVER again!! My daughter has not stopped crying and will need to wear a hat for a year!

I am writing regarding a recent visit to Ulta. On June 9, 2023, at 7:30pm, I went to the Levittown, NY location to purchase Better Not Younger Shampoo and Butter Masque. I went to the hair product section at the rear of the store and checked all the aisles and could not locate it. Since there was no one on the floor to ask, I waited on line and asked the cashier. She searched for it on her phone and told me it was located in one of the aisles in the back of the store but not on the wall. I went back and searched the aisles again, including the end caps and could not find it. I went back to the cashier and told her I could not find it and asked her if there was anyone on the floor who could help me. She sighed and said she did not have anyone available at the moment as her one salesgirl was currently helping another customer but that "I could wait for her if I wanted." I certainly did not expect the cashier to get off the line and help me but what I did expect, her being the more mature worker, to instruct the young salesgirl, who was within earshot, to help me when she was done. I waited for the salesgirl for a few minutes but then she went to the back storeroom to get a product for the customer she was helping. I went back to the hair section area and searched the aisles a third time and could not find the hair products. I saw the salesgirl come out of the store room and asked her if she could help me when she was done with the customer and she agreed. I waited another 15 minutes and finally went to look for the salesgirl but could not find her anywhere. The customer she had helped was on line, waiting to pay. Frustrated and disappointed, I left the store, got into my car, and ordered these products from Amazon, which I received the next day at noon. I shop at both Ulta and Sephora and have always preferred Ulta, until last night. Having said that, my experience with Sephora has always been positive as their customer service is excellent. Immediately upon entering the store, Sephora salespeople will ask if you need anything and will help you locate it. I will not be shopping at this Ulta location again, which is unfortunate as it is my neighborhood Ulta. I have never followed up on a negative experience as I would chalk it up to someone having a bad day. However, this goes beyond having a bad day. It's about laziness, common courtesy, and decency. These workers clearly ignored my repeated request for help. I have read the reviews here and many are similar. Instead of sending out a generic response to this review, Ulta needs to address this with the store.
