About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to over 157 million addresses, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences.
The Levittown location offers great service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to explain shipping options. Customers praise the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, especially Ahmani, who is described as very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The Plainview post office could learn a lot from the Levittown staff on how to treat customers properly.
While the Levittown location is generally praised, some customers note that there is usually only one person at the counter, leading to longer wait times. However, the staff is still considered very nice and knowledgeable, and the location offers walk-in passport services.

I visited the Levittown USPS & the service was great. I had 3 boxes that I was mailing & there was no line. The gentleman was very nice and asked if I needed assistance with anything else. My 3 packages were shipping and delivered on time. I had no issues with my visit.
