I received the best customer service from Abdul. He was able to keep my bill the same while also upgrading me and my wife's cell phones. I am so glad to meet Abdul and I would recommend him to anyone who wants service on their cellphones.

Verizon retailer. Not an actual Verizon store. My 80 year old veteran father and 83 year old mother went to this store to upgrade their shared cell phone. He was informed that his tablet (which he received 3 years prior after being told it was free - not understanding they opened a line for it) had a telephone number and he asked to have them cancel it. He was told to make the tablet work he would need this box and it was free. He walked out with a upgraded phone and a $379 5G Hotspot and was told that the hot spot was free and needed to make the tablet "still work". He doesn't know what any of that means and took the slimmy scumbag at his word. He was told it was free. None of it was free, of course. Obviously I went in and returned the hot spot for them but the fact that they even made this sale knowing that they were taking advantage of an elderly couple is disgusting and repugnant, to say the least. Terrible business practices, do not go here!!! Salesman was Kirk Bisson.

My experience is always a good one at this Verizon location. The associate helping me wan named Angel, and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Props to this Verizon location and Angel himself!!

I ABSOLUTLEY WISH TO THANK "MY SAVIOR" DORIAN. THIS MAN SAVED MY LIFE THIS MORNING BY RECOVERING MY PHONE FROM THE IDIOT WHO OWNS IT. HE IS A GENIUS IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR YEARS. EVEN THOUGH DORIAN HAS ONLY BEEN THERE A FEW MONTHS, IT SEEMS THE MANAGEMENT ALWAYS KNOWS TO HIRE THE BEST.THANKS AGAINMERRY CHRISTMASSTEVE

I’m sure most people are like me and they hate going to any cellphone store to purchase multiple phones for the family. It’s easier to buy a car than a new phone, but I have to say JC and Eudrys made experience much less painful than my past experiences. Both of these gentlemen were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Verizon Wireless store for your next cellphone purchase. Thanks guys A++

Today I had a phone problem that I can’t made any outgoing phone call I went to Verizon at Levittown location. The cellular sale representative Chris Clerger was very helpful. He has the good customer service very polite very professional and knowledgeable. He solves the problem on my phone. I’m so appreciated for his help. Thank you to Chris Clerger ?

Chris Clerger is a legend. I needed a phone bad. My Iphone 11 was pretty much at the end of its life. Dropped it so many times i could barely see the screen. Chris helped me out tremendously giving me options and explaining the billing situation in the simplest way i could explain to my parents since i wasnt the Account holder while juggling another customer. At the end of it all i felt like i was walking away with a steal! & he saved my parents money on the overall bill once with 1st months activation fees were paid. Much appreciated Chris!

The worst decision I made was to go to this store for changing my service to Verizon. The guy that helped us was in a rush to leave (family party ) and we was just there to finish transferring all the information to our new phone by ourselves . Besides that he NEVER disclosed to us that we have to pay all the taxes for all our phone and their " service set up fee"($35 per lines ) immediately . It's a shame how they can scam customers.. I Will never recommend this location to anyone.

I have been coming to this store for a while, and everyone is always willing to help and are kowledgeable when I have an issue. I worked with Bridgette today, she was exceptional. She answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, and made some great suggestions for what I needed. Bridgette is a great asset to the company, and I recommend this store over any other.

I have been a loyal customer of Verizon, be it their cellular devices or internet services, for years. I have never experienced any problems or issues when purchasing a cellular device, or when dealing with customer service. However, that positive experience ceased with a thunderclap of frustration, anger, and sheer disgust when dealing with the Verizon store in Levittown. My wife and I purchased three new iPhones, and my sister and her son purchased two new Samsung phones. We also traded in five old phones. It was at that point when the feckless mendacity began. The young lady who helped us, also a store team leader, never once revealed the price of the monthly package. She also made promises about additional bonuses and incentives that she actually charged us for, and were unaware of that until the bill arrived. She never told us we would have to also pay taxes on the supposedly free device that she actually charged us for. When we went to the store because we were advised to do so by customer service, she had already left. Fortunately, a very helpful salesperson called her, but that proved fruitless. She was contentious, and feigned ignorance. She then tried to blame us, even though we were the ones who were lied to and manipulated. If Verizon is unable to resolve all of these misleading practices, we will never use their product again. I will cancel my internet services, and I will post this throughout all of my social media accounts, as well as my wife’s social media accounts. I have no problem paying for a product, but I do have a problem being lied to, and taken advantage of by an opportunistic salesperson. If you should go into the Verizon store, in Levittown, and a young lady introduces herself as the manager, leave the store immediately, or ask to speak with someone else. Or surely you will be preyed upon, and taken advantage of.Sincerely,I truly hope Verizon does the right thing
