I had an excellent experience at Visionworks of Levittown! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, making the entire process seamless.
Juan Pagán was outstanding-thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.
They took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. I appreciated how they genuinely cared about my vision and eye health.
The state-of-the-art equipment and technology used during the exam gave me confidence in the accuracy of my results. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and efficient.
I highly recommend Visionworks of Levittown to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.
I'll definitely be returning for all my future eye health needs!

Everyone here is knowledgeable and professional. All of my needs and wants were met. There is a wide variety of frames to choose from. Making the appointment was easy too. I'm glad I chose Davis Visionworks.

Went in to get a pair of safety glasses for work and the gentleman that helped me was very accommodating and understanding to my needs . Would of given 6 stars if I could . Definitely an AAA establishment.

Horrible thief's. Stay away. I wanted 45 mins with a toddler. Instead of professional helping I had a front desk lady who had 0 knowledge helping me. Forcing sales on me

Absolutely terrible. They lie about prices, and coverage. The employees are rude and all seem unhappy to be there. They yell out your personal information out for anyone in the office to hear, and like to refuse to give you your prescription claiming it has not been "released" and then try to cover their asses with more lies of how "lucky" you are bc the doctor is here and it was finally put through. Everyone but the doctor needs to learn basic manners.

I had a 4:30 appointment got there 4:37! Was seen at 5:30! After they called someone w a similar name & I stood up wondering why I wasn’t called! 2 puffs & a 2 minute exam, no pics no Dr! Then I’m waiting & tell them I have to leave to get my daughter! Oh your next, can you come in tomorrow? No way I’m leaving work early again! My insurance paid for this ??? That was not an eye exam

Had a 430 appt today. They cancel re doctor wants to go home early. Only reason I found out was a e mail that said I cancelled They tell me they called me three times. BS. I did find one missed call from them with no voice mail.

From making my appointment; the exams; it all went smoothly and no hiccups. I still have to pick up my new glass and the fitting of the glasses. I've used them for the past 3-4 years and I have had all good experiences. Recommend them.
