Fabulous wait staff! Funny. Helpful. Engaging. The food was generous but nothing special. Had soup and salad and a burger.

Yall, if you’re in the area, this is a must stop! Lydia made sure we were well taken care of! Such attentive service and YUMMY food!Burgers were perfection along with the pretzel appetizer! We will be back and asking for Lydia!
Opened in the summer of 2017 by owner Jack Hornung, the goal of the Cask + Cow was to bring something new to Lewiston. He wanted to create a casual place with a unique menu of fresh, flavorful ingredients that would compliment the amazing collection of restaurants along Center St. A Burger seemed like the perfect canvas to have some fun. He spent months sampling different choices of beef, rolls, cheeses, etc. before we found our signature Burger. Then he started to throw random toppings on them, some traditional, some way outside the box until he found the perfect mix. He added some amazing appetizers, salads and sandwiches and our menu was complete.
