I received two beautiful floral arrangements from Enchanted Florist. The flowers and colors are stunning.I called to ask questions. They were beyond helpful. Very nice people to do business with.I highly recommend.

I received flowers from my brother. They were a disappointment to say the least. It was a cut flower arrangement in a basket red and white carnations and roses with a couple of candy canes and pine. The arrangement was completely bare of flowers on one side.I’m sure my brother paid a lot for them. The flowers didn’t last two days. And yes I did make sure they hadn’t dried out. When I called to express my disappointment the women got defensive right away and accused me of being rude. She proceeded to tell me how many flowers they sent out for the holidays and that they are always fresh. When I try to tell her about my flowers. I was told flowers are perishable what did I expect. Not sure what I expected, but I didn’t expect the response I got.I will not be ordering anything from them.

Very disappointed with the 125.00 bouquet. Looked like it was thrown together by a toddler the last minute, and very cheap looking. Worst experience ever and feels like I have been taken advantage of ,not being there in person. Never once have I complained in my life about a bouquet, although this made me sick.

BEWARE:My family recently placed an order with this florist for a marriage bouquet and even provided a picture to ensure it was designed as requested.However, on the the date of pickup, my family member kindly expressed that the bouquet was not designed as requested as referenced in the picture provided initially.Shockingly, the florist Gabrielle very indignantly began to holler and scream at my family member with demeaning implications of racial bias.When my family member’s daughter tried to respectfully discuss the issue, GABRIELLE BECAME COMBATIVE and PHYSICALLY GRABBED and KICKED her as my family member was trying to leave the store.It’s undoubtedly evident that Gabrielle has no concept of customer service, does not possess human decency and lacks self-control to refrain from imposing physical harm to customers.

My family entrusted enchanted to handle the floral arrangements for my nephews funeral. They were absolutely gorgeous and the florists were kind, professional and compassionate. The arrangements were delivered straight to the funeral home on time, they all looked stunning and vibrant.

Terrible service, we ordered a flowering plant to be sent to my sisters home in Lewiston, and surprisingly for the florist we were there when it was delivered.The order was nothing like what we ordered I did not have a flower and it was $25 less than the original online value. be a manager, or she called herself the manager, said that it was an equal value. Whatever happened to customer service? We have used this florist other years but we’re never at the arrival destination to see what was delivered. This is the first time and the last time we’ll ever use them again.

My brother and his wife were visiting me from Canada. They wanted to thank me for my hospitality with a beautiful arrangement. They thought they would choose a florist in the area where I live. They specifically chose an arrangement "Bromeliad Beauty" which was on the website, but I got nothing close to what was delivered (an Alocasia plant) also $20 - $25 less in value than the Bromeliad Beauty. My sister-in-law was very disappointed, so I decided to contact the store since I live in the area to find out why I received something that was not even close to what was ordered. I called the store and when someone answered I asked who I was speaking to, like I always do when I call a business, so I can have that personal contact and "she" the manager said to me in a snarky tone, well who am I speaking to? Rude and gave every excuse in the book, but would not refund the $20 dollars. She indicated we could bring the plant in and get something else, but I would not even consider that. Why do I have to drive to your establishment to correct what you did. If you read their company policy the say "we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color." If you know what a "Bromeliad Beauty is" and an "Alocasia plant" is, there is no similarity - where is the flower? The manager needs to take a course in common courtesy and respect their customers and not overtalk them. I love to support local business, but when you have an experience like we just had with Enchanted Florist in Lewiston, I will think twice next time.

The flower shop refused to replace the plant and credit the customer 20 or so dollars. The company Substitution Policy is "Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color." There should be better customer support and service from this business.

This florist (which is family run)….. is amazing!!!!! I don’t live in town but I have family that does. They make it easy for us to show our loved ones that we care from miles away. They are personable….. professional….. and make beautiful arrangements! Support local and small business’ and please give enchanted florist a try!

I requested 2 different orders for arrangements, but not for flowers! These were the greenery arrangements and they were sent as requested and ON TIME delivery to the persons I wanted them to be received by! I have received pictures of them and they are still as beautiful as they were when sent! The store also sent a message along with the arrangement! They couldn't have been more helpful to me and everything was taken care of promptly, to me and the recipients who received the arrangements!
