“We are from CT and while on our way to PA an almost 7 hour drive, our vehicle broke down leaving my husband, 2 children and I stranded in the middle of no where. We were so blessed to have connected with Manor Motors where we towed our vehicle to. Even though it was the end of the day, they took in our vehicle, quickly found the issue, and got to work. The owner and the employees were all so caring and friendly. Since we had an appointment the next morning, we chose to rent a car to continue our journey and return for our vehicle the next day. The owner's mom showed up to give us a ride to the nearest car rental establishment which was pretty far. I am deeply grateful for this family and their business. Their attention and care removed the stress andnwe felt secure in knowing that they would take care of us. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Thank you Manor Motors!! “They where so profesional, nice and they not only where on a very good timely manner to tow our RV from the side of the highway they also fix it! They work on our baby and fix it within hours! I can not be more happy with Mike and his team! They made our stress melt, and our ending to our vacation very happy! “Just got my new headlights installed finally after having it sit in my trunk for about 6 months because everywhere were either scared to install them or just didn’t have the time. Well I finally got them installed by “Jim” who went absolutely above and beyond by not only installing them, but also other minor issues I had on my bmw. “My daughter had her 1994 Toyota pick up in for major engine repair. Seth spoke to my daughter about the repairs that were needed and an estimate on the cost. As a father of course I just wanted to check and see what was being done. After speaking to Seth I had complete confidence in what he had told my daughter. He was dead honest with her and was so thorough with communication and updates. “After having a full service on my Polaris 570 sportsman, I noticed it developed an oil leak while sitting in my garage. I called Joe in service and he sent someone down to actually pick it up (first surprise) and after replacing the plug and crush washer, he had one of the guys bring it back! (Second surprise) Keep in mind, I live about 45 minutes from Countryside. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Joe and the crew! I could of stayed closer to home, but really appreciate the time and extra steps they did! The service alone is worth it for me to take the ride.”
