Very professional and experienced with helping the process and all the tasks needed to get the finished product to you and friendly as could be. Patient with me from starting the purchase all the way back in May of 2024 and here it is Sept of 24 with it finally hooked up and going because of my own problems that I was occurring and slowing me down. Machine works good, it would be nice if the hand held was more compact and is hard to blow into especially when you need to inhale.
