“I would give more than 5 stars if I could. From the beginning to the end - top notch service. Our equipment was evaluated, cleaned, and fixed to work good as new with a warantee (90 days?) Our equipment is from 2011 so that pretty remarkable. I needed it fixed quick and it was done in 24 hours! They gave me a window of time that the technician would be there and then the next day called me again to tell me the exact arrival time. I was also asked questions over the phone to help diagnose the problem so the technician would have an idea in advance. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly as I was pressed for time. Less than 30 minutes and the equipment was fixed. I highly recommend Allmed for excellent customer service via phone and onsite.”
