I would easily give spectrum five stars but the call center reps make it so hard for the employees in the store. I had to wait in line for almost 1 hour because a customer refused to listen the young man explain how the store policy works when your name is not on an account. The customer was very belligerent and was trying to bait that young man and he handled him self very well. I even had to tell the customer off myself!

Tamala is great! I needed to get some equipment replaced. The customer service phone representative placed an order for me but didn’t tell me everything I needed to bring to the store. When I got there Tamala apologized that she couldn’t complete my order but she told me exactly how to set up an appointment for the next morning and everything ready for me so I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a great experience.

Probably one of the best spectrum stores I’ve been too. Both representatives are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the guy that works there helped me transfer data from an android phone to an apple phone. Only downside is sometimes it can get really busy.

Heads a customer ask for help and the representatives stated if you don't like it cancel your service.
Man drove an hr and was on the phone for 6 hrs and was told. To come in. Not worth staying

The employees at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady that works here is very friendly and the new guy is awesome. Customers can sometimes be rude and they don't let it phase them at all!
