“I've dropped off mail/small packages and purchased stamps here before with no problems at all. I also receive mail through fredonia usps and they are always great about delivering packages, they have even turned around and came back a few minutes later, when they realized they forgot to deliver a package. Recently, my fiancé went to the DUNKIRK location to get our wedding invitations weighed for stamps and he asked if they could hand cancel 90 invitations (as most wedding invitations are done, so that the machine doesn't ruin them.) The woman looked at him like he was crazy and said "there's no way we're doing that" then proceeded to jam it through a test mock machine to see if it would fit. I'm glad I had asked the Fredonia location about hand cancelling previously, and they said they do it, and it's free of charge. When we brought them to the fredonia location to be mailed, the customer service was great!!! The woman smiled and acted like it was an everyday thing. No nasty looks or rude remarks. Very polite and happy to take them for us. With that being said, I definitely recommend the Fredonia location, especially if you have something important to mail.”
