“5 Stars +++! I moved here for a year between selling one home and buying another. It has been a fabulous experience. The apartments are beautiful, and the property is impressively well kept. The property always looks neat and tidy in the summer, and the staff has done a superb job of keeping the snow cleared from parking areas and sidewalks during this super snowy winter 25/26. Jesse and the maintenance crew are unbelievably responsive to service requests, appearing quickly with a smile and a solution. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful community. Truly a gem!”

“Excellent Experience, lived in a town house for almost 2 years, and it was very comfortable. Plenty of scenic trails we walked on daily, any problems we had were taken care of same day in most instances. Very thankful to be able to call Riverton home for as long as we did!”

“We unfortunately had a terrible upstairs neighbor who harassed us for the last 9 months of our lease. This person would stomp on their floor, bang on their walls, and leave nasty notes anytime they heard a peep come from our downstairs unit. We would use our microwave, set a glass on the table, put a pan in the oven... heaven forbid we unload our dishwasher. This person also had a history of yelling out their window when we used the back door to come in/out of the building, accusing us of slamming the door and making too much noise.
After months and months of irritation, it was a relief when we noticed that this person was moving out. Other tenants in the building expressed how happy they were too. Apparently, from what others have shared, this person has been a menace to other over the years. Turns out, this person actually moved..to an upgraded unit within the complex. Despite the office being aware of their behavior, we were very surprised that they would allow a lease renewal, mind a unit upgrade. I guess it makes sense though, this person has a special relationship with the office which seemingly shielded them from any consequences for their actions.
Erie Station hosts peaceful grounds, lots of walking paths, a nice community pool, they even host a few community events throughout the year. Dawn in the office was incredibly helpful and responsive, she made our move-in process very easy. Thank you, Cindy and the very speedy and thorough maintenance team.”

“I recently toured an apartment with Dante Lott, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Dante made the tour feel comfortable and welcoming, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service was outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. I truly appreciated his help and would highly recommend working with him!”

“worse apartment complex. extremely unsafe..so many negatives. pool hasn't been open in years. if your upstairs there is no escape if there is a fire. unsafe entrances. no security. homeless have been found sleeping in the hallways as anyone has access to enter the building at any time. elderly people having their rents jacked up to where they can't afford to stay. bedbugs run rampid”

“I have lived here at lake glen apartments for going on five years now. I'll be the first one to say I have not always been the greatest tenant. I am late with my rent payments at times and Craig the landlord has worked with me each time. They are truly a family oriented establishment. They truly are understanding and patient people. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in. I have had a couple of personal issues come up this past year and both times I've come to Craig and he has been more than accommodating. Tammy is amazing. She is hardworking and is always going above and beyond for the apartment complex. I would recommend lake glen apartments to anyone!”
