This 7-11 store is making lots of profits by NOT paying money to its various vendors. Complaints are accumulating. This store will be raided by local governments soon and will get busted.

The kid that works night shift is disrespectful, and rude. If you don’t like your job find a new one.

GO TO ANOTHER 7-11. For your own health. Seriously. Bro this place is so nasty. I'm so over it. not coming to this one anymore. There's literally 3 others less than 5 mins away. -They're stock leaves something to be desired-When their freezers broke down, they didn't bother to clean out all the melted ice cream and just left it there to refreeze and sell. Ew -there is hair, dirt and debris and loose change in the gum displays at the register. -Their fountain soda and slurpee section are just vomit inducing . Week after week it's the same stains in the same places. They NEVER clean. The floor is sticky, the big gulp lids looks too dirty to even put on your drink. The garbage can looks like it's never been cleaned. I've also seen one of the cashiers maddeningly bites at his nails and then touch ALL your stuff to check you out *in the middle of Covid!*Bruh rly ?With the amount of nasty-ness going on in the open, imagine what you DONT see. We've been coming here for years but the ball has been dropped.

Poor quality 7-11. I feel like they never have anything I would want and if they do, it's usually out of service or stale. Slurpee machines are frequently out and bought a pretzel here once that must've been out the entire day. Rather drive a couple minutes down to the one on Montauk Highway and Delaware Ave.

I purchased a 12 pk of miller high life that was labeled on the shelf for $7.99. After I paid I questioned why the cost was over $11 if the beer was only 8. The guy behind the counter said the beer was 9.50. I told him that the shelf said 8. He said the beer was probably in the wrong spot. I asked which beer was 8, he said he didnt know and he would have to look but was not going to. So i went and checked the tag and it was the correct beer, i then went back to him and asked if he would look at it. Begrudgingly he did and said i was right but the tag was old. I asked what we could do about this since he already charged me and threw my receipt away. He yelled at another employee that the tags were old and then went back to the register to help someone else. What exactly is being done about this? The posted price should be honored and I want my money back. The employees at this location have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I wont be coming here again which is sad because i live down the street. It is horrible asking an employee for assistance and them just walking away. He didnt even apologize or bother to walk down an aisle!
