Told me parts were in stock…ordered them and waited 5 hours for them to tell me theyre coming from Pennsylvania…Then employee hung up on me and does not care that I need the parts today to fix a customers car…Terrible service they need new drivers and management severely

I always check online before I go to the store to see if what I need is in stock at this store. Atleast 5 times now I confirmed on their website that they have what I need in stock just to drive there to find out they can't find it. Even their in store computer says it's in stock. It's really simple items also, such as a 4 inch hose clamp and a champion rcj8y spark plug. On top of that, the employees seem very annoyed when I asl where these supposedly in stock items are. Don't recommend this store

I gave it 3 stars because it's still listed as a drop off location. But I called and told they don't accept packages anymore yet both ups & FedEx list them as one ? After a polite quick response from management they are correcting the problem and I am updating to 5 stars, for a problem they fixed that wasn't their fault.?

ROCKY the manager at the lindenhurst locaction was very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat his customers. he needs to be trained on advance autos return policy because it was clearly never taught to him when they gave him the position.
