Terrible costumer service. No one ever answers the phone. I went to this branch to make a payment on a credit card. They did not accept cash since I dont have a savings account with them. I reached out to the 1800 number in the back of my card, after speaking to one of the representatives he assured me that all citibank branches should and will accept cash payments. Dont know whats wrong with this branch. This branch is the DMV of banks.

About a year ago I deposited $3000. and when they counted it in their machine they said it was 2900. I KNOW it was 3000. I argued with them and nothing came of it. Last week I withdrew $1500. I didn't count it until I was home the next day, I know my fault! But it was only 1400. This is the second time they took my money. I will never go to this branch again! Be very careful!

Went up to the teller Ashley and asked if I could withdraw money from my checking account. She responded with “I don’t speak spanish”. I had just asked her a question in ENGLISH and that was her response. I told her I had just spoken to her in english and she proceeded to walk away. I went over to another teller who was able to assist me. This bank should offer this employee some customer service and diversity training.

Worst citi bank branch ever. The employees always treat the customers as if we are bothering them anytime we need anything. 98% of the time they answer with “I can't do that, but you can call the number in the back of your card and they can help youâ€, no matter how simple whatever you need is they can't never help!. I live almost across from then and prefer to go to the one in Massapequa and the one in North Babylon I'm always helped and treated properly. The only one nice in this branch is the long hair olive skin girl, other than that 😑😑ðŸ˜

This bank is absolutely terrible. I ignored the reviews, and still went to set up a new company account at this location. Let me begin to tell you that it took over 3 weeks to be completed!!!

OK I Changed my Review Because it's Not All who Work here are not doing what I consider a efficient service where you're not waiting online for a half hour just To cash a check!so I don't want to get anybody in trouble but whoever is in charge take notice of the tellers and you know when you have 20 people online And Two Tellers leaving for lunch break at the worst time possible shouldn't take a lunch break !You wait until the line is almost gone so about a month ago that happens and it made me very angry!And a couple all the times is very slow service,most times I use the ATM if it's working especially the one on the drive-through I love to use so I don't have to get out of my car!But they are very nice there's no problem with that it's just they need to pick up the pace a lot!The district manager when I got a business loan he did fib on the interest rate a couple of points I was a little upset about that but he claims that he did tell me based on my credit score that's my only other gripe other than that the service is good!and they have ATMs at every 711 which is very convenient and they have their name on my baseball teams field Which is Citifield. Angela who I thought was the manager was very nice and very helpful as we were able to accomplish what I needed to do today and I believe the other associate the last Couple Of times Mrs Torres also a very nice and very efficient pleasant bankers to deal with!
