This store is in competition with Bayshore cricket for crappiest cell store. Monday I started my trek to the Bayshore store for them to have a usual note as to why they are closed early Monday’s excuse said system down 5 minutes please waiting there from 5:45-6:15 before I called the store and no one answered gave up there called the Lindenhurst store to make sure a human was there before I drove there the woman confirmed and confirmed store hours so I took the ride had to park down the block bc there was no parking for us to find out this store was closed too and sure enough I call the store and no one answers once I get there thank goodness for the cheap prices bc the workers are terrible in both locations although the Lindenhurst store used to have a blond guy that used to speak polish to some of the customers that worked there a while back that was great idk what happened to him but this place went down after him.

I have used this Cricket store for years and never did I leave unhappy until today. Today I went in to get a new phone and the woman in there used her personal phone to put in my information for payment, I did say something to her and she told me that it would be logged out. She also would not put on the screen protector as she said she would mess it up. I have been in the store they have always placed the protective screen on. I also bought a case and she couldn't put the phone in and asked me to put it on and neither could I as it was the wrong case. The case she issued me a refund. Also, when I got back to put the protective screen on myself she sold me the wrong one. This has been the most unprofessional visit to this store I have ever encountered and am extremely unhappy.

Well , when I walked in she (Lalit) was there alone. When I explained what I wanted to do (Move from someone else's line, unto my own line.) She automatically got on her cell phone and FaceTimed some random guy. I don't know who it was. And she had in ear-pods. However, she was speaking in another language (Indian I assume) and doing a lot of laughing which I didn't understand why. And it made me a little uncomfortable. We went thru the process of opening my line.She was showing this random person all my information, even my license. When I paid (by card) she was hovering over the device not allowing any privacy for me. I felt uncomfortable by that and even changed my pin as soon as I left. I paid with my DoorDash Debit card. Later that night while I was dashing I received a call from someone portraying to be a DoorDash representative and asking me to verify my account by sending information. I have screenshots of that. What I'm saying is, I've used this card for 2 years and never had an issue. But the one time I use it there at that Cricket store with her hovering over it while on the phone with some guy, i have someone trying to hack or steal my information. I reported it to DoorDash and they are investigating. I'm not accusing the woman but I am going to say based on her actions and suspicions I not only had a strong intuition that she was possibly handling my information inappropriately but I also had issues with a scammer later that night. And someone trying to hack my Debit card. the same card I used to pay my phone bill at the store. And I have all the proof. Honestly I feel uncomfortable that she handled my account and information, I'm not trying to be rude or misinforming with this feedback. I will be closing this account soon and I will seek further investigation into the source of the attempted scam. Everything was sketchy and unprofessional about Ms.Lalit. And now that everything played out the way it did I feel unsafe and uncomfortable as far as my information. And last I will add that I asked her before leaving do the company sell or share our information and she couldn't answer the simple question. I wish nothing bad on her and I actually hope she had nothing to do with the scam but with good intent I will share this experience I had with her and that specific store to others for awareness and carefulness.

They scam their customers, steal money from them however they can, and offer services that they know won't work with certain phones. Do not buy or contract any service at this location

I came to the store looking for a good service at a good price for 4 lines to have an internet connection in the United States, however I was scammed.
The people who helped me were 2 Indians (a boy and a girl). The mobile devices were supposedly compatible with the chips, but when I got home the service was no longer available.
My boyfriend chatted with a Cricket support person and told us we only had active service for a phone they sold us.
The next day we returned to the store and the girl helped us. She informs us that the phones were not compatible and this was not reported the day before by the seller.
She told us that the money could not be returned and offered us other cell phones for an extra price, that is, she took advantage of our need for internet.
After arguing with both sellers, they refunded us less than half of what we had to pay ($555).
Another important detail is that they did not give us the respective receipts for each day's purchases, which is totally illegal in this country.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE, A TOTAL FIASCO.
