I have used this Cricket store for years and never did I leave unhappy until today. Today I went in to get a new phone and the woman in there used her personal phone to put in my information for payment, I did say something to her and she told me that it would be logged out. She also would not put on the screen protector as she said she would mess it up. I have been in the store they have always placed the protective screen on. I also bought a case and she couldn't put the phone in and asked me to put it on and neither could I as it was the wrong case. The case she issued me a refund. Also, when I got back to put the protective screen on myself she sold me the wrong one. This has been the most unprofessional visit to this store I have ever encountered and am extremely unhappy.

Well , when I walked in she (Lalit) was there alone. When I explained what I wanted to do (Move from someone else's line, unto my own line.) She automatically got on her cell phone and FaceTimed some random guy. I don't know who it was. And she had in ear-pods. However, she was speaking in another language (Indian I assume) and doing a lot of laughing which I didn't understand why. And it made me a little uncomfortable. We went thru the process of opening my line.She was showing this random person all my information, even my license. When I paid (by card) she was hovering over the device not allowing any privacy for me. I felt uncomfortable by that and even changed my pin as soon as I left. I paid with my DoorDash Debit card. Later that night while I was dashing I received a call from someone portraying to be a DoorDash representative and asking me to verify my account by sending information. I have screenshots of that. What I'm saying is, I've used this card for 2 years and never had an issue. But the one time I use it there at that Cricket store with her hovering over it while on the phone with some guy, i have someone trying to hack or steal my information. I reported it to DoorDash and they are investigating. I'm not accusing the woman but I am going to say based on her actions and suspicions I not only had a strong intuition that she was possibly handling my information inappropriately but I also had issues with a scammer later that night. And someone trying to hack my Debit card. the same card I used to pay my phone bill at the store. And I have all the proof. Honestly I feel uncomfortable that she handled my account and information, I'm not trying to be rude or misinforming with this feedback. I will be closing this account soon and I will seek further investigation into the source of the attempted scam. Everything was sketchy and unprofessional about Ms.Lalit. And now that everything played out the way it did I feel unsafe and uncomfortable as far as my information. And last I will add that I asked her before leaving do the company sell or share our information and she couldn't answer the simple question. I wish nothing bad on her and I actually hope she had nothing to do with the scam but with good intent I will share this experience I had with her and that specific store to others for awareness and carefulness.

beyond terrible , i bought a new phone and needed the number switched to my new phone . i spent a hour in there yesterday with the least helpful woman. she asked me to pay to switch the numbers and then i after i paid i was told my current phone isn’t capable of switching numbers to the new phone and i asked her what i could go and she just shrugged her shoulders told me to leave and just keep using my old phone . when i asked for my money back she shrugged again and said no. i just walked out in complete shock and was able to call cricket themselves. they told me step by step what to. do and i was able to switch the number myself in less then 5 min ! i truly can’t believe what happened and don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and get robbed literally from then.

i have been scammed. In the line switching program, they charged me an extra $55 fee and said that it was tax and I would get the details by message later. Only the total deduction amount came as a message. When I called customer service, he said that there should not be such an amount. When I went to the shop again, they said that they could not give a document showing the details, it was a tax. three weeks later, I received a letter and learned that they had enrolled me in the cricket protection program. I don't want to sign up for protection plan without my approval.

beyond terrible , i have a iphone and purchased a new one from apple and arrived to the store to switch the number onto the new phone i purchased , i then paid them 10$ in cash to switch it for me but i spent 45 min in the store and the woman just said "your phone now does not allow me to switch the number to the new one " and i stood confused and said "what can i do because i really need my phone " she shrugged at me and said to just continue to use my old one which had a bad cracked screen and i do use my phone for work. i then asked for my money back considering the number was not switched and she said "sorry no " and shrugged again. i was extremely upset and just walked out . i then called cricket themselves and they told me step by step on the phone and i was able to do it myself in under 5 minutes at home . that woman stole money from me and had horrible horrible customer service. i highly advise not going here

I'm currently outside of the store at 2:00 pm, the sign says open, the lights are on, but the door is locked and no employee in sight. It was this way 2 hours ago when I stopped by.
