The CVS that I purchased some items at was an extremely good place to shop. It’s not only had what I needed, but the service and attention was exemplary. The young short blonde cashier was gracious, professional, kind enough to bag, my guts, and put a smile on my face. Without question she’s an employee you want to keep. If I’m not mistaken, this was I think a Lindenhurst branch would possibly Babylon. But the young lady who was a cashier would be unstable. I appreciate the survey and the service.

This place is horrible some trans person that worked there accused me of stealing witch I clearly didn’t then threatened me I told the he/she check the cameras and call the police the person said they would then check cameras he/she walked out the back where he/she checked the camera and tried avoiding me I said “what you see on the camera “ he/she said nothing I apologize it was your phone I talked to two managers one was extremely rude didn’t care at all then I talked to the store manager they did nothing to help me never reprimanded the employee i filled a complaint against the store with the federal business bureau and to headquarters hopefully this doesnt happen again to hard working people of Lindenhurst

I needed to find something quickly and A sales person was able to help me immediately and I was out within minutes. They had the item I needed in the size I needed, and I could find it without any problem!
Lindenhurst CVS is a very friendly and helpful place and the people are friendly and patient.

I've been coming to this store for years, since I live close by and have never had an issue finding items I need or printing out photos. Staff has always been friendly and courteous and there is plenty of parking. People are quick to write a bad review because they don't get the answers they want or complain about filling prescriptions, but there is no reason to hold the business responsible for regulations that they have to follow. They keep the store clean and organized.

The automated system for the phones is horrible. I have a question right now. I don’t want to leave a damn message and you call me later.
But the staff that helped me at the pharmacy were very helpful and friendly, especially since I had a few issues and it is the 4th of July.

I have very bad experience with the CVS Lindenhurst- Montauk HwyI was purchased passport pictures so I could use it.Unfortunately they were not properly taken and they would not accepted. I went back to store and told them I wanted to return the picture so no problem they started the process and they asked me driver license, I said I don’t have it so any form of ID , I said I don’t have to show you my ID for this you can’t demand for this to make a return.I have a receipt and I paid cash total amount around $17.00 that’s amount is very small. However they told me any Identification so I show my medical id card so other lady came insisting no we want driver license. It’s very important customer service skills showing if you have trained or have any skills for customer service. She were very unreasonable which I told her and she was unprofessional. One store employee said it’s okay other identification and other one said no.It’s troubling two different opinions in the company.Bottom line is I took my picture and left the store.I have experienced very bad behavior, customer service and they are unprofessional. I don’t recommend this CVS store to anyone if you need help they will screw you. They are not trying to help you.I am filing complaint with BBB They will investigate and if they find wrongdoing business practices they will get fined. I will follow up with them to hold the company accountable for their actions.Bad customer service and they are unprofessional people working in this store please be aware about their complaints.

You can only use it for very emergencies, the prices are much more expensive than other places.

I had one refill on my prescription and ask the doctor to send over a follow-up one. Lindenhurst CVS inactivated my refill and proceeded to fill the incorrect script that was sent over. When I called inquiring they were confused as to how it was written and should have questioned it before inactivating my refill. I am now without my medication for the next two months, not good for diabetic to be without their insulin. I reached out to their corporate office who claims they were going to look into the violation.
