Been going to them for about 10 years now. Very fair. Owners are always there checking up on everything. Never had a problem so far. Reasonably priced, Have had them tell me before “You don’t need to waste your money on that” instead of pushing me to do unwanted and unneeded services.
I send my wife in by herself ( who doesn’t know anything about cars) and she is always taken care of and I don’t have to worry about her getting sold on “Premium Air for her tires” or “Blinker Fluid”
It’s so funny looking at the name.. because Transmission Work is literally the only thing I have not got done from them. 🤞Maybe it’s because of the care they have put on my cars.

I have to say thanks to the staff here. they are the definition of hero's and good Samaritan. tire blew out on my car om the parkway. was driving slowly to a gas station as I passed their shop. they flagged me and told me to pull into their shop.
they don't have small tires but still helped me by putting my spare tire on for me at no cost . talk about good people.

Scammer! Liar! Useless Mechanic ! They said $2100 and a couple days, but 20 days later, they gave the car with about $3800 ! After all this, there is an oil leak in the car ! When I came back, they didn't care and wanted to hold the car for a few more days ! And i already paid about 1000$ to rental car because of them ! So total cost is about 5000$ and i still have broke car !

Went in for transmission work. Charlie and Ray helped ease my worries. They were able to diagnose the issue at no cost and provided me with options for resolution. They kept me in the loop the whole time. I ended up doing a transmission swap on my Jeep. A few weeks later, I had a leak due to worn axel seal and they quickly repaired at no additional cost. I will be returning for any future automotive work. They also gave me a good deal on new set of tires.

Very unprofessional!! My mom took her car there to get fixed they told her it would take 2- 3 days once they got the part. They had the part( I know because they called me when it they got it) and it took 3 weeks for them to put it in!!! I called for my mom everyday and they always said it should be ready by the end of they day they would call us back and they never did, when she finally said forget it I'm just going to pick up my car and take it to someone else,they said good do it. And hung up on my mom.

We have used East Coast for the last 8 years. They are always extremely accomodating to our needs which can be enormous with our 85 truck fleet! All work is always done in a professional and timely manner. If you want your work done right the first time I would highly recommend East Coast to every one.
Even dealing with the office staff is a total pleasure.

This place is a JOKE, very rude not helpful at all. Came to have my flat tire fixed, owner came from the back cursing at one of his employees. Lady from the front desk who was very nice asked him if he has time but he mumbled under his nose I’m busy and said that I can go someplace else. Then he told her to tell me that I’ll have to wait, in the mean time I’m standing 6 feet away from him. Very disrespectful, I don’t know how places like that stay in business. I would never go back there even if they offered services for free.
