Talked to Jimmy over the phone ,and asked for rear bumper, confirmed quickly they have part available, drove there and I swapped in 30 min my broken one! Great communication and the part is like new ! Highly recommend. Great people and highly recommend them!

I am a first time customer. I called yesterday (October 29, 2025), looking for a part for my older car (2009 Kia Spectra ex). They were able to locate the part, and I had it installed today! The staff yesterday, and again today, were very friendly, and professional! I recommend this place!

1 star until they honor their 30 day warranty on a CLEARLY burnt flywheel. Their best response is use an Emory board to clean the surface on hot spots on a dual mass flywheel. They shipped me a paperweight with a clutch attached so I couldn't see the flywheel surface. My bad for not asking to see it first, but they still stink. Response to response: They sent pics of the clutch and flywheel attached, NEVER showed the flywheel surface. The surface has BLUING from hot spots, NOT usable. My credit card company agreed, gave my money back, and these guys didn't even want the old part back. That shows how good it was!

I had a great Experience with this Auto Parts/repair shop. They supplied and replaced the engine on an Infinity EX35. The engine has been running great since the day I picked it up. This company clearly exceeded my expectations. These are not easy Engines to replace and they did an amazing job for me. I highly recommend them.K. L.

I am not happy with Elite Auto Parts. I purchased a used transmission from them and the torque converter blew up just a little bit out of warranty. I contacted the owner to see if he would be willing to replace the transmission or refund my money. However, he was not willing to budge on a replacement or refund.

Bought a engine for my 1997 Wrangler(out of a 1998 Cherokee), over 2 years ago. Engine still runs great. Also gave me the power steering pump with it at no additional charge. These guys are top notch, they dont sell what they cant guarantee will work. Thank you everyone at Elite.
