I’m writing to express serious concerns regarding my experience with Justin and the handling of our account. His conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. He claimed he had been trying to reach us every week with no response, yet I have documented proof that this is completely false.
We were consistently making payments each week via credit card, and I have full records to support this—including credit card receipts, phone logs, and records of every call and conversation from the beginning. Justin was fully aware of the insurance complications and initially expressed understanding that we were paying out-of-pocket while actively disputing the situation with the insurance company once they stopped issuing payments.
It now appears that once Justin came under internal pressure for allowing the balance to carry, he attempted to cover himself by shifting blame onto us. Instead of taking responsibility, he misrepresented the situation and falsely claimed that we were unreachable.
I have numerous witnesses who can confirm otherwise, including Doug, the owner of Hassle Auto Body, who I am personally close with and who was present for many of the conversations between myself, my fiancé, and Justin. Doug is fully aware of the situation and has expressed that he too will be treading lightly with Enterprise moving forward. He brings a substantial amount of business to your company, and I can confidently say that Justin’s behavior has cost you far more than just our account.
I will never use Enterprise again, and I will make sure others are made aware of how we were treated so they can avoid having the same experience. I truly believe in holding businesses accountable when they operate with dishonesty, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.

She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. Her customer service truly stood out, and I just wanted to express my appreciation for her support.

Quick and accommodating experience here when picking up my rental. I got a truck and realized it was a little too big for me so I took it back and Anthony and Valdy quickly switched it out for a car more for my comfort. The whole staff was wonderful down to mike who drove me back home after dropping the car. I only use enterprise they are always amazing.

Enterprise right here in Lindenhurst was fantastic! Valdi was the gentleman who helped get me into the best vehicle for my family while our car was being worked on in the shop up the road at Dynamic! Valdi actually came to the auto shop and drove me to Enterprise! He made this experience very pleasant! He was extremly kind and took the time to go over every detail with me, including showing me the ins and outs of the new vehicle I was being placed in! Everyone there was extremely nice! The Chrysler Pacifica was such a nice choice for the family! Drove wonderful and was immaculate! Thank you all for being so kind!

Worst customer experience ever. Lady starts my transaction swipes my card says it didn't go thru. I told her it should have and she goes Oh plus the 300$ hold is included. (did not mention that before the swipe) Then I go move money over and she goes oh you can use that card for 24 hours since we swiped it already. NEVER AGAIN!!!

They will sneak coverages onto your rental agreement without verbalizing what they did. Only caught it after going through the receipt at a later date but they charged me money for roadside coverage which was never discussed and would have been declined because AAA is already being paid for personally. They will not make it right and will then claim other things that should have been discussed when the vehicle was dropped off. Very disappointed former loyal enterprise customer and all over $202.

I rented a car a week ago from Enterprise and was very pleased with how easy it was. Both Anthony and Takara were very professional and friendly. Our car was ready for us and up to our standards. I have every intention of renting from them again and will also recommend them to friends and family.
