I called in January for information and was told I would get a call back by end of the day. That call never came. Then I called another day and had to ask to speak to another person. Attitude is everything when It comes to customer service.

The "times open" portion of the website of "First Choice" are incorrect. I wasted my time going down there and they were closed. In addition, the times listed on their door were completely different than those on their website. For instance, the door says they are CLOSED every Saturday until Labor Day!! If a company is so incompetent that they can't get a simple thing like that correct (or doesn't monitor their website to see that there are mistakes there), then how much competence are they going to have handling your possible future insurance claims, etc.??? So I discarded them from my list and eventually found a real good company.
I'm adding the following onto my review as a response to their below reply: Anyone can read my other reviews to see and prove that I am a regular person and NOT a "competitor" of this supposed "insurance" company, as they say in their reply. So their response below appears to be deliberate diversionary obfuscation by them to distract attention from the fact that I DID do a search; a Google Maps search, and their website not only completely contradicted what it says on their DOOR, but it STILL does because I just Google Mapped it AGAIN!! They need to own up to their incompetence/mistakes instead of trying to smear honest reviewers. In fact, their dishonest response proves they are worse than I originally pointed out!!!
O.K., it appears that they now erased their previous reply to me, but what I said still stands. 12/28/24

The people you speak with treat you very respectfully and the utmost courtesy! They will find you a what you need at a very competitive price! I have been using them for about 7 years and I have never had a problem. I would totally recommend them!!

First Choice Ins was very helpful, also very friendly. There Insurance rates are unbelievably LOW!! I pay half the price that Gieco was charging me. I wish I knew about them yrs ago. I could have saved 1,000 of dollars. Google them you won't be disappointed
