“My cable box stopped working on December 10th, I called optimum service and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I went to the optimum store @ Lindenhurst and Brandon was absolutely professional, patient and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions helped me to upgrade my wifi. He is an absolute genius and gem! I appreciated all of his help in this matter! I left with a new cable box and better WiFi! Thank you Brandon!!!!”

He helped me choose a new phone, I told him what I was looking for l, he went through options with me and compared them to what I was getting now, and was never pushy, which I really appreciate. I then couldn't get the phone activated because I thought I knew what I was doing (I didn't!). Vijay helped me sort it out fast, with no issues. Highly recommend the Farmingdale Airport Plaza Verizon store!”

“Walked in to get Wi-Fi today and they were so nice and efficient. We got everything all set up in store and so literally all I have to do when I move is just plug in the box. Staff was friendly, conversational, and knowledgeable about what they were talking about. A few months ago I went in for a phone quote and had an equally pleasant experience!”

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month. If this is not cleared up soon, I guess i'll have to cancel my Optimum service altogether.Jack Horowitz”
