I came in today to grab something. The cashier was having issues. The lady Liz at customer service is extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. She had to assist the cashier and came to the register extremely angry and being rude to both myself and the cashier. Told me to mind my business and shut up because I told her to stop being rude to myself in the cashier. that's extremely unprofessional. I will be contacting the manager of the store manager

Neat,clean ,newly renovated interior. The store was rearranged along with the renovation. It takes a while longer to find what you are looking for. Good pricing. Check the weekly circulars for good deals. Employees are helpful and nice.

After shopping at this store yesterday evening, I left feeling very uncomfortable. I was with my two young children and approached the cashier thinking this would ease the process. I greeted her with a “hello,” but she didn’t acknowledge me. When she asked, “How are you paying?” I responded, “Card,” while holding up my phone for Apple Pay to use my debit. To my surprise, she then loudly asked, “You’re not using food stamps, are you?”
As a woman of color, this felt discriminatory and made me question why she assumed I was using food stamps. There’s no reason to try embarrassing someone if they did need & have help buying food. I now remember why I usually opt for self-checkout.

Some of the rudest staff I’ve encountered in a while. They had an ENTIRE shelf of Enfamil formula stocked under an Enfamil tag/price. When I mentioned the price discrepancy they refused to honor the price and snapped at me: “that shouldn’t be there!” Like I’m the one that stocked their shelves?! This is why people have jumped ship and would rather shop at Target. @KingKullen this is one of the reasons why your business is failing- poor customer services

Rude employees that snarl at you. Disrespectful and the highest in price. Onions looked horrific and like they were thrown in. The one in Massapequa is very clean. Never have issues there. Don’t shop here.

Matty and Brian are two of the rudest employees I have ever encountered in a retail store. Neither seemed to identify with hospitality. The corporate office should take more time educating and encouraging a much better, effective consumer experience.

Been going here my entire life, and to be honest it never lets me down. Is it a bit expensive? A little, but it's more the convenience for the neighborhood. And I can't recall a time where they didn't have exactly what I needed
