My husband phone and my phone sucks nothing good to say about Metro By T-Mobile or Metro PCS what ever the name is. WE ARE NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

This store is terrible. I went there to switch from another carrier because Metro by T-Mobile was offering a promotion that was only available in the store. The young girl at the counter, who was there all by herself, seemed to be having a problem setting up my phone, so she called someone. I heard them tell her to ask me if I wanted to get a new phone for $220! I said absolutely not. They also claimed that I had to get a more expensive plan. I told them what plan I wanted and showed the girl the promo. I was told that it was going to cost me $70 that day and that I had to pay it because she had already started the process. When I asked for a break down of the $70, I couldn't understand what the guy on the phone was saying because it is a small place, she had him on speaker, and it was loud in there. So I asked the girl for a receipt with the breakdown and she told me I could see it online in my account. Well, needless to say, it isn't there. If you do anything at a store opposed to online, be prepared to pay a lot more money. They told me they charge $30 for a sim card that you can get online for $10. This is a terrible store....stay far away.

I have been a customer of metro pcs for over 5 yrs. I needed help with my phone that stopped wo rking. i had paid for my prepaid service for the month. I needed help identifying myself, so that way i could get a refund. since i can no longer use my phone. they said i had to go to a corporate store. there are no corporate stores on long island. so therefore iam out of 50 dollars for the month i paid and a phone i cant use. my only option is that i write to the corporate office and take this issue up with the BBB.

Worst metro store ever! very unprofessional and never open on time. Metro will lose customers based on this store alone. Very sad since ive had metro for 10 years now and never had an issue until now.

I would give no stars if it was an option. The customer service is always completely awful with the acception of one employee, and I don't think she works there any more, I went in today to pay my bill, I get it I went up to the door at 5:42pm where it is clearly posted that they close at 6pm I get it you don't want to do anything the last half hour of your shift okay sure, but all I wanted was to pay my bill. Literally a 4minute transaction. The man comes up to the door and tells me they are closed... I'm sorry but you have 18 minutes left I'm not touching anything.. there was absolutely NO reason to turn me away. If they close earlier by all means but at least change the signs and online information...

First experience at this Metro Pcs was absolutely dreadful. The store opened up at 10am, I go there around 11 and the doors are locked, I stood outside for 10 minutes banging on the door and then the female employee there suddenly appears and unlocks the door. No greeting, nothing and then slithers back behind the counter. She then proceeded to give me the worst customer service ever. I'm due for an upgrade and then she tells me that I would have to buy the phone in full and there isn't a trade in option or financing option. I've never been so displeased, I'm definitely switching to a different carrier.
