I called them to print 4 papers guy on the phone said .50 cents a sheet which is very reasonable. Once I get there a lady tells me 5$ for the email and then .50 cents per page could have just told me over the phone and i wouldn't have wasted my time.

The person running the shop is hostile, antagonistic, and underknowleged about printing and copying basics. I’ve used this shop three times for simple black and white copying and printing 8.5x11 letters from a flash drive, because it’s easier for me to get there than to Staples. Never again. Every time I have used this shop, I was subject to a different per-copy price, and not given a receipt. Today, I was charged $5.00 for a total of seven black and white copies and prints. The person running the shop told me she couldn’t get one of copies reduced so that the copy near the edge would fit. She said, “I printed it out at 98% and that’s the best it’s going to get.’” I guess she never heard of 90%. She also told me my flash drive was unopenable until she tried it again. Then she told me my pdf files were unopenable, until I showed her how to open them. On top of everything, the quality of the paper was unacceptable — for business letters or the bottom of a bird cage. So now I have to go to Staples and have the job done right. I’ll be charged about $2.00 with tax on a self-service machine to have the job done on standard bond paper and receive a printed or email receipt.

I am involved in an international car club. Often there are printing projects needed. I have been at this for years. I have found that Meg has always delivered what she promised, in perfect condition and at a price generally a fraction of what is offered elsewhere. This is based not just on word of mouth, but on my own experiences of what I have paid elsewhere before finding this shop online. In the times that I have gone in there I have seen that this little shop gets work from some large corporations, who one might think could go elsewhere or do it themselves. There is good reason that they bring their business to Meg. I notice that some people here complain that she does not seem to have patience for them. Honestly, as someone that has patronized her shop a bit, I find that she truly cares about her customers and the work that she does for them, and obviously strives to provide great work quickly at very fair pricing, but... because of all that they always seem swamped with work, and its obvious she has no time to waste, they are that busy,,,, They are all always in the shop in the back working, and only come to the front when a customer arrives. If you are expecting a huge shop with a receptionist to just greet you and call for assistance, look elsewhere. Here you are generally dealing directly the owner , and its obvious she has no time to waste socializing. If that is what you are seeking, look somewhere else. If you want a great print job, done right and at a great price, and at the promised scheduled completion date, then give Meg and her team an opportunity to serve you. I sincerely believe you will not be disappointed.. I for one, have never been on anything I have brought to them.

Their creative team may be great. But the customer service representative has no people skills. Always brushing you off and no patience. Always seems like she’s having a bad day.

I just bought a house in the area and need same day turnaround on a laptop decal with an image. Meg and the staff at minuteman saved the day!!!! I walked out with the decal in 15 minutes. I have found the print shop for all my future needs!!!!! Go to minuteman for all your printing needs!!!!!!!Another satisfied client

Please don't patronize this business. I went in here to inquire about business cards. The woman at the font was extremely rude and discourteous. She told me that it was impossible for her to print my business cards today. However, when I called the Minuteman Press in Westbury, they told me it was no problem to print business cards the same day. I am a black man so her attitude smells of racism.

It was definitely the worst experience my father had because he didn't know how to speak English, but I think that doesn't justify the way he treats a person. The lady who attended to my father was very rude and rude.

I was in court today and needed to make some copies. The court suggested minuteman press across the street. I went over asked for copies and the woman behind the counter was so rude and nasty I wanted to walk out but I was in a jam. No one was in the store but kept telling me to clear her counter. Then again and again to clear her counter. She made me feel I was wasting her time just asking for copies. What a terrible experience. These places go out business not because of online stores but because the people that work there are so NASTY. Shame on you
