I have gotten a car from Joe after I had it for months after I had bought car. I had a problem with brake lights the day I came in he could not help me that day told me to come back on Saturday. We spent about 20 minutes going over problem found it. We fixed it.

This was so quick and painless with these guys. Joe and Mike were nothing but accommodating with me. Needed a car quick, they let me test drive it right away, dropped the price from the sticker, helped me with getting all my paperwork straight and when I went to go pick up the car, I don't think I was in the office for longer than 15 minutes. They put in a new battery for me before I got there, put on the plates and off I went. The car has been a dream so far. Super clean from top to bottom, even the engine bay and floor mats. Great dealership!

Sold me a $12,000 car for it to die in a year. Car had major oil problems and they took no course to help me with this once car was sold and paid for. I ended up buying three or four quarts of oil a week to keep the car alive for that year and now it has finally broken for good. The repairs will cost almost as much as the car. If you're looking to throw away money and have a car that constantly gets you stuck places you've picked the right place! They sell garbage dangerous cars that only look nice. I could've put a down payment down on an actual nice car but instead I trusted these scam artists and am now 12 grand down the drain. Do not trust these scam artists they just want your money.

Terrible dealership, wouldn’t recommend anybody ever buy a car here. All they want is your money. They don’t care about the cars they sell. Typical buy here pay here place. Dishonest people who give nothing but false promises just to get their money. Both men who work there are scam artists. Bought a car from there and they PROMISED would detail the car before they gave it to us and left the car filthy smelling like smoke but they didn’t care because all they already had the car registered under me. I would advice you stay clear away from this place and never buy a car here. There are plenty of other dealerships who actually care about the service they provide and their reputation and not their own pockets.

Dishonest with a lack of ethics and morals. Dealership license should be revoked anytime a dealer makes under the table sales knowing the car is junk. NYS does state that a verbal agreement is just

The salesman I purchased my car from, Mike, was professional and helpful. However, Joe was extremely unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. Before Mike sold me my vehicle, I saw there was a problem with the driver side window not syncing up correctly with the top of the car, leaving a crack where rain can come pouring into the car. In order to close the window correctly you have to enter through the passenger door and close it while inside the car. Mike told me that it will be fixed so I bought the car. I gave Mike a list of the things I wanted to be fixed and he gave it to Joe. On the top of the list was the window. I drove my car around for a week or 2 and then dropped it off with Joe to get it fixed. It took over 2 weeks to finally get my car back and when I got it, the window issue was not fixed. I contacted Joe immediately, he didn't answer, and I left a message. I called him again days later and he picked up to tell me the window issue wasn't on the list and said he's not putting more money into the car because it's mine now and it's been mine for over a month.Be careful dealing with this dealership because as soon as they have your money, they are not interested in helping you or doing any favors for you once you purchase your vehicle. If a car has issues, I'd advise not buying it unless you want to pay extra to fix the issues yourself.

Sal and Joe were the best! They went above and beyond to find a car that was a great fit. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. This was refreshing after being to several dealerships that day. I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

I needed a new used car and was researching local dealerships and individual cars for a couple of harrowing, stress-filled weeks, hope dwindling as I looked at various available makes and models and their reliability ratings--or lack thereof. After visiting several dealerships, losing out on a few cars as they were sold before I could even see them, finding a couple that were out of my price range as I was not going to finance, and becoming increasingly frustrated by the whole process, I finally found a viable option at Sunrise Used Cars in Lindenhurst. I test-drove it and though it was in near-excellent condition--especially for an eleven-year-old car--I did notice a bumping noise as I drove. When I got back, I told Sal, the dealer with whom I was working, and he put it in the contract as an issue which would be dealt with before I took possession. Although I had to wait a bit longer to have it fixed than was originally scheduled and did get a little frustrated, it was repaired successfully, checked out by my longtime family mechanic, and deemed to be in wonderful shape! In the end, I got a good deal on a great used car and I am very pleased! (Thanks, Sal!) Christine L.

Be VERY careful with these guys. Very nice until you buy a car and then very nasty when things go wrong. Car broke down 10 days after buying. The issue was covered under the dealership warranty but owner Joe refused to even attempt to help. Was very nasty about it , insisted we had to bring the car to him even though it broke down on a Sunday night while in Vermont. Said that was our problem. Also & the worst, he added a 1 year warranty onto the loan for $1700 without asking if I wanted - never even mentioned it. Then the other guy tells me how lucky I am that the loan company GAVE me a 2 year warranty. It took 2 months of fighting both the dealership & loan company to have it cancelled & removed from the loan. I admit I it was my fault for not reading the contract very carefully but does not give him the right to try to sneak that in. Just plain wrong. And then talk to me as if I am stupid for not wanting a warranty that I consider a total waste.

If I could give negative stars I would. Sold me a car that asks for a quart of oil every three days bc it's burning oil. After dropping it off to be looked at Owner joe told me that's just "what Audi's do" . obviously everyone that owns a car knows this isn't normal and is unacceptable. Joe refuses to fix this problem mechanically or rectify it in any way. This owner is rude and incredibly unprofessional to the point of cursing at me over the phone DO NOT SHOP HERE SHOP LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE if anything goes wrong with your car even the next day he will just BS you until he is not legally responsible BEWARE
