I NEVER give bad reviews but this pushed me over the edge. I went there to get my tips taken off, which she did, but extremely sloppily. She then was going to send me off without filing my nails or making them even. I finally convinced her to file them and make them even, and she wanted to charge me $2 extra for it. Absolutely horrible experience. Run far far away from this place!Service: Manicure

Very sloppy work is done here. I wanted my nails done an average size meaning not too long and not to short and the lady said she only knew how to do short nails and that she didn't want to do a different size. Then after agreeing to do my tips the size of my natural nails she did them extremely sloppy and cut me everywhere. I was not satisfied with the work done at all.Service: Manicure

Filthy by pre-Covid standards and horrific by current standards. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Pedicure wasn't terrible, but my nails are awful. She painted right over my cuticles.

I used to love this nail salon. Before covid I used to go there all the time. I was a steady customer and as a result I bought a gift certificate for my friend at Christmastime. Well covid came and all the stores were closed so of course he couldn't use the certificate. Well when they reopened the gift certificate expired by 2 weeks and could you believe she did not want to honor it. I started to tell her If she could make an exception because she was closed for 5 months. She said she had lost a lot of money because she had to pay her employees and electricity which was bs because everything was closed. I said I am sorry but that was not my fault because I paid for it before all this started. She proceeded to make a deal with me since I had bought a spa package to give me the regular pedicure. I took the offer since pushing to much may lead me to have nothing at all. Well all I can say is that just for being greedy she lost a good and steady customer and that is s bigger loss than just honoring the gift certificate.
