New management needs more employees. One transaction took like 20 minutes. Line out the door. Lackluster working attitude. Please don't destroy our UPS store.

3 time in a month I was there when they were supposed to be open.. Line of customers but doors locked. I will use a different store from now on..

Phenomenal experience! I had to ship out 11 boxes for a work event and they had 3 workers helping me making sure everything was secured and they did it extremely fast! Highly recommend!
