If I could give zero stars I would. Seven days ago I made an appointment for a notary. I received an email with my appointment time and confirmation number, received another email this morning with the same Appointment time and date and confirmation number. I called the UPS store before leaving to just confirm and was told there is no notary there today, and they’ll be in tomorrow the day of my surgery. So at this point, I have to scramble to find another notary When I’m in a lot of pain And thought this was a real appointment. I personally will never ever go there again.
EDIT was asked by the owner to email them with what happened, that was weeks ago, no response back at all. I think that you do that to make it look like they care.

The service staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful.
While this store is very busy they take great care of each customer. At times there are long lines so if you are in a rush this may not be your place. If you have patience and want your shipping and mailing done right it's worth the wait.
The manager is a great too.

New management needs more employees. One transaction took like 20 minutes. Line out the door. Lackluster working attitude. Please don't destroy our UPS store.

The worst UPS store I've ever encountered. Please go literally anywhere else for packing/shipping/ect - there's absolutely nothing here for anyone except frustration. UPS should be ashamed of themselves allowing this store to represent their brand.

Phenomenal experience! I had to ship out 11 boxes for a work event and they had 3 workers helping me making sure everything was secured and they did it extremely fast! Highly recommend!

MARILYN and OWNER refuse Amazon returns and make customers purchase items Amazon doesn’t require in order to fulfill. I’ve NEVER had an issue before since Marilyn refused a multiple return and wouldn’t accept amazons terms. Told me to go to KOHLS or another location. Spoke to Amazon, should’ve never been an issue to begin with. If your store isn’t stocked to handle customer orders or online returns don’t harass the customer. I encourage others to contact UPS and file a formal complaint.

Sucks store and sucks employees at all don’t come and don’t waste your time in this store!
I just brought couple small size boxes and they told me we can’t get it because we don’t have enough space but I saw there was a lot of space.

This is the worst ups store in existence. Enzo the worker had a real serious attitude when I entered the store. . Rude nasty and disrespectful as the owner just stood there and watched . 0 stars . Learn how to treat customers without us you have nothing . Disgusting!!

I paid $38.85 for a package to be delivered Refund for 3/16/2024 and it never arrived 1z6r326x285952457 offering a service and taking people's money if you couldn't make the delivery then you should have told me it was too late. Thank you
