“I had a very good experience buying my 1st car here. Mike is a good sales rep. He is very down to earth and knowledgeable. I felt like I was being assisted by family. I went with family to view and everyone felt comfortable with him. I've gone to plenty dealerships and he is very attentive. He gave us space to discuss and come back and share thoughts. He stuck to his guns on certain aspects but didn't let things easily get to him. He was calm and almost unbothered with my indecisive character. Even on decision day, yes I made 2 trips before deciding, I started looking at another vehicle and he was calm about it as though he knew I would come back for my original selection or that either way I was leaving with a car. My only negative was when I 1st went, there were a few cars that were locked that I inquired about and they weren't quick to open them as I've experienced with other dealerships. I'm naive to this, so my family members told me I had to speak up and request the key if I wanted to see something. But for the most part, the experience was good. Waiting to see how the car holds up as it's used and I've heard nightmares about cars acting up after the 30 day warranty period. I'm watching to make sure that the service needed notification clears up eventually as I mentioned this before purchase and was told to see if it cleared up after a week of driving because mechanic should have checked it. I will update if this becomes an issue.”
