Russell cellular in Lindenhurst was great. I went in to purchase a phone which they did not have, but wound with a higher model and got a great deal!! They are very professional and explained everything to me so I could understand.

It's the 1st time I've gone to Russell Cellular on Montauk Hgwhy, Lindenhurst
I was there for awhile changing and purchasing new phones. It was The Most Pleasant experience I've ever had at a phone store. Sage had other customers come in and he was so attentive as well as he and Steven working on my transfer from another carrier. There was a technical problem transferring my service which took an inordinate amount of time, and At No time did Sage or Steven not continue and also while attending to people that were coming in.
They are the True meaning to what Customer Service should strive to be.
They even helped a young lady who came in who didn't seem to be a Verizin customer, Sage helped her and solved her problem and sent her away pleased and Happy. God Bless both Sage & Steven for their professionalism and genuine Kindness.

I dropped in yesterday just to ask a few questions & Sage was very kind & helpful. I wanted to see the different screen sizes that were offered for the series 10 of the Apple Watch. They didn’t have any demos on display of the size I was interested in, but he did have a demo of the largest screen just so I could compare it to mine. He was very patient & was helpful when it came to looking at my account & finding ways for me to save money as well as reviewing any upcoming offers. He wasn’t pushy at all when I told him I wasn’t planning on getting a new watch until next month. Sage let me know if I decided to purchase the watch thru Apple there would be no problems if I came in to the store to have that one added to my account & to help me remove my old one. I had a very positive experience coming here yesterday.
