Charged EXTRA for Esse nail polish, did not soak my hands to soften the cuticle and the polish was so watered down my color was almost see through sheer! I should have known not to stay when I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and there was only 1 client.

Got French tip gel manicure and a French tip pedicure. Mail chipped after a single day of having them done, got them fixed the next day, now 4 of my nails are chipped after not even four days after getting them done.Services: Pedicure

I'm pretty sure some of them can be good... but I went here to quickly get a gel manicure. One of the lady filed my nails in round, square, round & square shapes and my gel manicure started cracking within the 1st week. She took an hour to file my nails. 20mins to gel & prep. I paid 37$. It's not worth it....

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. If I could give this place a below zero rating, I would. Words cannot describe how awful my experience here was. I asked for French tips.... not too hard right? Apparently not. I did not see a name tag or ask for the name of the lady who did my nails, so I'll refer to her as, "Jenna." At first, Jenna was fine. She wasn't being noticeably rude or anything. However, once she started to do my nails, she became very aggressive and ill-mannered. Her first strike, was when she started pushing my cuticles down. She was PUSHING them down. I ignored it because I know some nail techs don't realize when they're being too forceful and are just trying to make sure your nails are clean- However, this was not the case. As she started gluing the acrylic nails to my nails, I noticed one of them was slanted- so I kindly asked her to re adjust the placement of my acrylic nail. She ripped the acrylic nail off from my real nail. It wasn't a gentle tug and she didn't use clipper and filer- she ripped it off of my nail. And it hurt. My real nail was left marked. This is when I started to become frustrated. From that moment on, I knew it was going to be a difficult and disappointing situation. Anyways, she ended up replacing my nail 3 times because she just couldn't get it right!!! . She started getting angry due to the fact that I asked her to fix the nail and even it. Fast toward to the end of the appointment, she had been making sly remarks, laughing about me with her co worker and sighing rudely in front of me. When she started doing her final touches, she used the the electric nail drill and 3 of my fingers were bleeding from this. I had flinched and said that it hurt, but she ignored it and kept doing so. Her technique and temper was honestly frightening. At the end, my nails had dirt under them, they were uneven and my fingers were throbbing from her extremely unpleasant, painful and quite frankly violent service. I kept a straight face and tried my best not wear my emotions on my face through the whole appointment because honestly I just wanted to go home. Finally, I asked her for $10 off because my nails were bleeding and I felt like my nails were not worth $65. She made a very rude sigh, like she was having a tantrum. She discussed with her co-worker and eventually said, "Come here" and guided me to the register. My nails were originally $65, but I got them for $57. She shoved the merchant copy paper towards me and I signed, but I did not leave a tip. I work in customer service myself, so I understand the value of tipping, but I'm sorry Jenna did not deserve any money for the service and nails she gave me. She said, "No tip?" and I said, "No." She goes, "Don't come back here" and I left with saying, "Yeah I won't be back." In conclusion, do not go here. Maybe it was just Jenna who was a bad worker, but I know that a "bad worker" reflects the whole business itself. I have provided pictures below of the nails I left with.

This has been my go-to nail salon since the summer and I am glad I was recommended this spot by my friend. Mimi is the best! She gives great recommendations whenever I ask about a color and she gives literally the best massages. Highly suggest coming here :)

I had may and she did and amazing job on my nails. I got a mani pedi with tips and a design and it was only $70! This was my first time and I will definitely be going back again.Services: Gel manicure

I always heard this nail place was overpriced but I had gone by to have them fix one acrylic which would take 15 minutes. I walked in early morning when only one customer was there and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Then I came back because I needed a last minute fill and I was dissatisfied. Very nice woman but very aggressive and the drill cut around my skin so much and it was so painful. Then continued with acetone on all of the cuts. She also didn't give me a massage at the end when all of the other customers were getting them. They came out ok looking, not an amazing job but too overpriced.

Very nice and friendly people - that I will admit. But they dont know how to do nails. I dont have time to discuss/argue what they did wrong and how they should fix their error - I just simply wont come back. My nails are not coffin and they are bulky/uneven. Never had my nails look horrible after going to a "professional." Will tough it out this week and get then re-done elsewhere next week.
