On 11/22/2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, I ordered an Italian custom-made sofa from this company with a deposit of $1500. The sales person, Cindy Kim, printed a contract that stated that the sofa will be delivered in 4 months and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will I be entitled to a refund of my deposit. Noting the length of time for delivery, I questioned her to explain why it will take 4 months. She stated that it will take 4 months because of the pandemic. Well, I have been waiting patiently, it is now 5 months, the company did not contact me to explain that there would be an additional delay for the furniture to arrive. I think this was unprofessional of the company. I believe the contract is void due to the fact that the time period originally agreed upon was not kept. I contacted this company several times after the 4-month time period. They refused to give me store credit or a refund despite our contracted agreement. The owner, Joyce Lee, told me to take her to court if I choose to do that and went on to explain that all of their customers are waiting patiently for furniture. I told them I have been unable to use my living room because I do not have a sofa to sit on and would like to buy an available sofa that does not require shipping from another country. They denied my request and insisted that I wait for the furniture to arrive. It must be noted that they were unable to give an arrival date. Two hours after emailing them I received a call stating my furniture arrived and would be delivered in 2 days. They stated in was in the NJ warehouse and that I could inspect it when it is delivered. They collected the balance owed over the phone. On 4/17/2021 the sofa that was delivered and assembled in my home measured only 70 inches. I ordered a 74-inch custom-sized sofa, I am furious. Buyer Beware!!!!

Very mean people working in this location, after 5 minutes helping me they just literally pushed me away from the store with out telling me any prices, saying that they will check the price only if I am sure that I want exactly this item. Stay away never visit this place. ?DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME?

This comment is only on office furniture. Do not buy any office cubicles from here. They charge you insane amount for services (rearranging the cubicles). We were charged over $2500 for rearranging 3 cubicles which took less than 90 min. with 3 ppl - minimum charge applied. BIF uses parts that are specific for their cubicles so you are forced to use their service.

When I entered the BIF furniture store It was so mordenous and varied and I felt very comfortable with the sofa. The design was beautiful and harmonious. The staff was also very nice and gave me the proper advice when I was not available to choose There was no difficulty in buying a sofa for our house, and delivery was very good. So it became a favorite shop

I bought a really cool leather couch from here and they delivered it on time as promised. They've got a nice selection of modern couches and other neat stuff. As a side note I left my credit card at the store and one of the workers dropped it off at my house on his way home; that was really cool of them.
