They do not answer the phone at this branch. When you call the local number they do not pick up and it gets dumped to global operators who are useless

Probably the worst banking experience of my life. They would not let me transfer my balance from my account that has been compromised. Had me in a back room for an hour and they still did not transfer my money into a new account the tricked me into making. I thought chase was supposed to be the best bank

Terrible waiting periods! Over 20 minutes to deposit two checks! People sit at their desks doing nothing. Avoid this branch if at all possible. There are other nearby choices.
