If I could give Lester’s zero stars I would. They have the WORST customer service. I have a family member dying in the hospital and asked the manager to make an exception on their return policy to refund my money so I did not have to pack up the return and go to a shipping store. She told me there are no exceptions. They have zero compassion and I will never be shopping there again

Extremely rude/hostile staff at fitting rooms, who snapped at me and my two young daughters on our way out. On a good day, this store is a hot mess of unbelievably overpriced, cluttered racks of clothing. But after this latest run-in with disrespectful floor staff this month, we will no longer be giving this store our business. Pls train your staff in common courtesy.

Went to get a gift for my youngest child The selection was very limited for a one year old. The clothes were not a nice selection and my wife and I walked out empty handed. Will not go back.

I never write reviews but seriously felt the need to been shopping at this store for over 20 years and have come to the point where I just want to put out there that this store scams their customers, lies and then tries to turn it on their customers. They are the most disrespectful and nasty people I have ever encountered. Zero courtesy and all they care about is taking your money. Always overcharge then pretend it was an accident.

Great store for kids of all ages and sizes. A little pricey, but you should be able to find something.. Very well stocked and clean. Nice staff..

I came here today, and waited at their table #22 for 30mins and no waiter came. I feel they cater to their own Hispanic people ,and I mean their OWN Hispanic. Why ,because they all walk by like we were Invisible. No water or nothing . HOWEVER There is a worker there name James who by far is the sweetest person ever. he tried his best to make up for his coworkers poorly customer service. Thank you James!
