I rarely go into branches these days, but today I had no choice. Because of the way I’m usually treated I had anxiety about going. Today I had the best experience with Marianne! From the moment I opened the door I was greeted. I felt welcome from the beginning and Marianne continued to engage and gave me the best customer experience. She literally made my day. I look forward to working with her again at the Bayside branch.

The team at TD Little Neck are always welcoming and knows their customers by their first names. They really care about helping their customer’s. I would travel distances just to do all my banking at this location because of the great customer service here.

My son had trouble making a cash deposit via the ATM machine. Turned out his card had expired. We went inside to seek help. The teller was extremely helpful and printed a new card in no time. She then quickly wrote a 1 cent check and handed it to another employee. That employee took my son back to the ATM to test out his new card (by depositing the check). We got all our business done quickly. Both employees were extremely friendly. It was also Halloween and my son also received candies from the branch. Lol

Just came out of bank such a shameful behave they have done I was surprised to see a bank employee representing a major bank lying to customers just because not do a simply notary.Teller lied that we only have one notary and it will take half hour to wait …whereas she probably didn’t knw that I was aware that Christie can also notarized documents,Well hopefully administration will look into it and make sure so that this kind of behavior is not done for other customers

Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard servicing Little Neck and the adjoining areas of Queens County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Public Restrooms. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

The lady angel was very racist towards me and my brother when we came there to open a Account she was quickly to judge us based on our race thought we was in the bank to commit illegal activities didn't want to open a account tried to make up multiple reasons why we shouldn't bank with td and why we couldn't open a account than she opened the account with out issuing us a card by far the worst bank ever hands down

Understaffed, keeping clients waiting for an inordinate amount of time for simple tasks. ATM also was out of service last time I visited

I went to this bank to make a withdrawal and they claimed my money wasn't available. I went to to another bank on northern Blvd just a few minutes away and got my money. They didn't want to give me my money because they didn't have the funds available. Worst bank ever. Don't go there!

0 stars if possible. This td bank is the worse in NY. Drive trough ATM never works. Always out of service. 9 out of 10 times theirs always an issue with the ATM machines. Avoid this bank.
