It is an adequate service. The clerks are impatient and not nice. There is always a tension in the air when you are trying to conduct business in a quiet mild mannered way. The clerks can get quite hostile.

No one showed up to pick up my package even when I scheduled it. Not to mention that they just increased all prices by 10%. Nicely done USPS by charging more and provide even worse service.

I started calling the Little Neck post office at 9:00 this morning. It is now 12:30 and the persistent busy signal suggests that it is easier for the workers to take the phone off the hook than to answer it! This is exasperating and unacceptable.

Rarely review, let alone for USPS, but I had a really excellent experience with a USPS worker who was my clerk on Saturday, April 24th, 2021. Her nametag said Jane (receipt said Clerk #10 if that is helpful at all). I was shipping 4 separate boxes Priority Mail and she recognized that 3 of the boxes would be able to fit in flat-rate priority mailers without even having to open the boxes I had them in. She dropped each box into a flat rate mailer for me and taped each one up and helped save me $30+. Excellent experience. Thank you, Jane :)!

Who’s fault is it when you (the customer) puts the correct address on the package and the them (the USPS employee) puts only the city, state, and zip code? Well, according to these guys it’s the customers fault. They never double-check and they never notify you when your package has arrived when it was returned to sender. Maybe reading and writing isn’t a fundamental task for these employees. If you’re a delivery carrier, wouldn’t you be able to see the address on the package and not just rely on the scanner or whatever they use? Maybe life is too difficult with technology nowadays. Who knows.

Terrible employees. Never coming here again. Very rude and not helpful. Dont waste your time coming here. I sent out a package over a month ago and it hasn't arrived to the location. I went to go ask for help and the lady was very rude and not helpful.
