If I could give it zero stars, I would. This USPS location needs to be shut down permanently. I would rather drive miles out of my way to another USPS location or simply go to a UPS, where 10/10 times my visits are pleasant. Every time I go here, there is only one employee working. I had to wait to be helped for at least fifteen minutes today, and by then, there were four more people in line waiting behind me. When asked if she was the only worker, the employee said, "It's only me; you just have to be patient." Safe yourself the aggravation and avoid this place.

I sent a letter on February, as it didn’t arrive I sent another one on march and still didn’t arrive, isn’t this supposed to be a place where you send a letter that arrives to destination? Come on…, I would give this 0 stars if I could. Are they gonna do something about it? Awful service

I usually go early in the morning on weekdays. I've never had bad experience from here and been going here about 2 times per year for 10 years for shipping out items.Always prompt, courteous and efficient.

Worst. They have delivered my mails to the wrong address and lost so many of my mails in half a year. No help or what so ever. They always claimed that the drivers deliver the mail to the right door and blamed it on theft.

Always good service here. Not always the fastest, but you can't beat the prices, and the folks at the counter are always helpful. I'll always choose them over UPS or FedEx for service!

The place feels like it belongs in the 1980s. It's very dark, and outdated. It needs a major upgrade. I've been there about three times in the past two weeks. There was no line and the short middle aged man is very friendly but he takes the package off the scale without offering you a receipt. Then he makes a big deal about putting the package back on the scale to print a darn receipt. What's the big deal? I just tracked my packages, and they all say that they are all in the facility as of yesterday. I hope my return packages make it to their destinations for my refund...

On 10/10/18, I deposited at the 11362 zip PO, a letter to my cardiologist at Mount Sinai Manhassett Medical Center, located in Queens, NY. On 11/3, I received a letter from BMO Harris Bank, Milwaukee, WI postmarked 31 OCT ‘18, and containing my envelope intact. A sticky attached to it read: “Sent to BMO HARRIS IN ERROR.†How in the world could a letter with a preprinted address be delivered to a DIFFERENT firm located several states away? On 11/5 at 4:30 pm, I went to speak with the 11362 manager about this issue and was told that he was on a conference call. At 5 o'clock, the supervisor began shutting down, and she answered my final question with, ‘He is no longer available ‘.

The short italian lady there is sooooo darn rude!!!! Every time i go there, she never says, "can i help u?" Or even looks at u.....! She throws CC when returning it to me& when i bought stamps she didnt even give me a receipt. So when i asked her, "wheres my receipt?", she grilled at me and said, "u never asked me for one!". I go there bc its right there from my house but now im forced to drive to another location may be in great neck bc the northern blvd one on little neck just steals my packages..... what a great feeling to live in little neck and we just moved here a few months ago....

They will not take return mail of someone who no longer lives here. They leave Mail on the door. They also delivered mail to the wrong address.

I was just at this location today at about 12:15pm to pick up a money order. I was helped by a lady of African American descent. Iam Asian American. One of the first things she says to me after I tell her I need a money order,. "It better not be $2000 dollars!" It was $2800. She counts it etc. and while she puts the bills through the money counter she exclaims "This money stinks!" . I don't know if she was having a bad day or maybe just bad days all the time but she came off as extremely rude and did not look happy at all. I guess customer service is a thing of the past nowadays? I mean what is "money" supposed to smell like? Nice??Flowers? Cologne? Perfume???? Clean??????? This Is my second bad experience here, being as I live a couple blocks away, i come here because it's convenient. In situations like this Normally I just hold my temper and smile and walk away. Which I Did also this time. But this time I was actually bothered so much by this that I just had to google this Post office and leave a detailed review about my experience. I hope nobody else has to go through this nonsense. Cheers and a good day to you all!
